1 week to replace rear hatch garnish!

2014/04/17 drove Prius to Toyota Sunnyvale Service to replace rear hatch garnish. I was told to have it done the next day. But next day I went there and was told it's not ready. They made some scratch on the passenger side bumper. They said they will fix it and will be ready sometime next week. The rear hatch garnish was replaced but the color does not match the rest of the car. Called them yesterday and was told it might be ready tomorrow after 3:00PM. Today called them and was not able to talk to any service adviser. The rear view camera is not working; no image at all. They charge US$150 to diagnose it! And part cost is around 1000! It is almost ONE week, and I still do not have my Prius.
