This is my fourth car purchase, and the first time I've had no complaints about the process. Alfredo was attentive, direct, and honest. There was no pressure, and no unexpected extras or add-ons. Everyone was courteous, and attentive, and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest purchasing for Richland.
