Mini Stevens Creek

Let me start my review on how awesome the service that they have provided and the no pressure sales that we experienced. The quality and the professionalism from Sales Associate, Darius, to Sales Manager, Mo and Finance Manager, Dakota! Now the details: We bought a CPO 22' Mini Countryman S Boardwalk Edition. Darius didnt really say much about the car during the test drive because he knows the car speak for itself. He is very polite and professional. And then enter Mo- he just asked the numbers to make it happen and he did! Also, the car has some minor scratches on rear passenger door and some wheel curb rash, in which he promised to take care off and he did. We got the car back a week later and it looks brand spanking new, cant even tell that theres scratches on it. He never once made us feel that he is doing us a favor. He made it seems that it is part of the service. Now enter Dakota- he explained to us the finance process, the difference of the warranty and service packages. Once we decided which package we want, he worked with us to get the most service/warranty package according to our budget and gave us few goodies after we signed...not to bribe us or to make us sign but as a show of appreciation. Oh to sweeten the awesome service we got- Blake, from Service Dept introduce himself as my contact for any future service and that he walk me through the process! All in all...Mini Stevens Creek are 10 Star in my book!

Oil Change

$600+ for an oil change and inspection of a car in mint condition. Outrageous. Then told a gasket protrusion should be repaired ASAP. Cost Estimate, $2,400. This was my first and last visit to this dealer. From my initial contact with the service representative, I felt I was being conned with his multiple “service options”

Wasted my money.

I went in with a Check engine light on and had to paid for a diagnosis ($275) which they do it for free in Autozone but I thought Mini of Stevens Creek would give me more insight to what was wrong, but no they just did a reprogramming which is basically turning your computer off and on again (another $275). The reprogramming worked for 20 minutes but after that all the lights ce on again. They did another diagnosis and this time they actually told me what could possibly be wrong and quoted me $5600 to fix the engine. I wasted my money and I took it to Carmax who also told me what code was coming up for FREE. Blake was great but the upsell of everything is ridiculous and I don’t suggest getting a mini serviced here.

Overcharged, over delayed.

I made an appointment for the installation of a picnic bench to be installed on my 2024 Countryman. I waited three hours for the one hour of work they charged. Mind you the work involved installing four snap buttons to an existing storage deck. I was charged $240.00 for four snap buttons and another $274 for the labor, all totaled $810.00 for the work. Insane!!! I complained thinking that $200.00 per snap was a little over the top. They did make a minor adjustment but I lost two hours and a lot of money for an item that was over priced at $250.00.

Purchase of 4 door mini!

I went to the Stevens Creek Mini on 10/9. I went around 7pm with the intention of checking out a certain mini, once I got there they informed it got sold. Darius was very kind and showed me a few that were similar. We settle on one to test drive and it was very nice. Darius was able to get me a good trade in value and we started the process. Frank was the financier who helped me out. He was very helpful and clear. These men helped me out and even stayed until 1am to help me and make sure i left the lot with my mini. I would highly recommend this dealership !!

A dealership with good service

It went trouble when trying to book an appointment online, so I booked via a call. The price of replacing a cabin filter was over $150, which was a lot. It did went with a free car wash and multi-point check. During the check I was told my 80AH almost gone, and the front brake pads/rotors need to be fixed. I adopt the former one, which costed over $500. The entire process was clean and friendly, though the price was a bit over for me. Thank you for your service.

Loving our Mini Cooper SE
