Could have set better expectations on pricing

Professional service; courteous staff. Knew their work. However, bringing in my car, we knew it was a battery issue; either the battery had to be charged, fixed or replaced. Yet, a diagnostic was done; unsure of the purpose; increased costs to 2x. I feel the diagnostic was not needed since we sort of knew of the issue

Autonation Acura Stevens Creek

I couldn’t give 5 stars due to renovations in progress and was not made aware. I was hoping to wait for my vehicle while getting A1 service, but there’s no customer lounge. I had to take a lyft to Starbucks. Service Advisors are friendly, but had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time for my service advisor to arrive. Everything else was acceptable.

Happy with car sales, BUT no call back from service department

Bought my car with trade-in from salesperson, Adarsh. He is very knowledgeable about car features and very enthusiastic. He even helped me to make sure rebate is filed after sales. Most pricing discussion is with his manager. Decent price. Car runs well, but decided to use their service for maintenance. They already have my name, car and phone no when I called, but never call me back. Try again second time, but never got call back. So glad I did NOT buy their additional service package.

The sales staff at Auto Nation make my purchasing experience totally flawless. My vehicle was recently totaled in an auto accident, so it had been 16 years since purchasing my last vehicle. Therefore, needless to say, I was very apprehensive about buying another new vehicle. But the sales team at Auto Nation made my day, so to speak. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely helpful during the entire process, thus leaving me with a very calming state of mind.

Started Well, Ended not Good

Initially our experience was pretty good. Communication was good and response time was right on point. Sales rep, Reuben, was nice and responsive until we bought the vehicle then he went silent and unresponsive. We had to take matters in our own hands with an issue we found. We felt that once he got the sale the customer service was over.
