Buying a Honda at a Toyota dealership

IS one great way to save some money and score a great deal. Not only that, but the quality of my Honda Ridgeline is on par with most Toyota trucks. I'll add to that, that the sales team at ToyotaMarin stood behind their commitments to customer service and satisfaction in a variety of ways: first, when the power went out at the dealership, they couldn't complete all paperwork, BUT they did let me leave with my new Ridgeline. On top of that, they sent a courier out the next day to sign all the paperwork in the convenience of my own home - over 100 miles away, in the Sacramento valley. Second, they couldn't finish the detail on my Ridgeline for delivery, and there was some substantial damage to the front end that was not apparent in the online photos. But, Matt Shone and the service team took the truck in - again, at my convenience - and delivered a truck that looked like it came off the showroom floor. These teams - service and sales - took pride in their commitment and their service - for a used Honda, and ended up gaining a satisfied and hopeful customer. By hopeful, I plan to purchase my next vehicle there too.
