My wife bought a brand new SUV from these guys. They forgot to give her the owners documents when she left (they had them in another envelope they held on to) and made two other errors. After a series of back and forth phone calls she had to go back in three times due to their negligence. They topped off her gas as compensation. They never once offered to send someone out to drop off the papers and when I suggested a half a tank of gas didn't seem sufficient for the time and driving she, the new owner who just paid a large amount of $$ to them, I was basically told they were being generous with the gas. I would NEVER buy a new car from them. I felt like my wife had to do way too much work for their errors.
