Sonnen BMW - Don't understand earlier reviewer's complaints

I've had 4 BMWs serviced at Sonnen: 1999 325ic, 2002 530, 2004 330ic and my new '07 X5. Service Manager, Nancy Carlucci is a gem. The entire service staff is professional and very competent. I have never had a vehicle come back without the problem fixed. No one has ever failed to understand the issue and mechanical or electrical problem (and there have been several). That's the way it is / they're all like that has never been told to me. As to their experience with the management, I can't answer that as I have never had to speak with them about a service issue. However, I do know that if the management is bad, typically that trickles down to the whole operation. And, from my experience, the operation of the facility is top notch.
