Bought a used Hyundai Elantra. Worked with Lake. Friendly and helpful. Car I was interested in had a potential buyer, but it fell through. Lake called me and I was the owner less than 2 hours later. Car was extremely well detailed.

This was, BY FAR, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! It was a seamless process and the team I worked with, Rae, Michelle, and Brandon were all awesome. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and ensured everything went smoothly. I was able to complete everything online and over a few texts and phone calls. I spent less than 20 minutes at the dealership to sign paperwork when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. They washed the car and it had a full tank of gas! Couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. Highly recommend Lexus of Marin!

I needed to sell my 10-year-old sports car. And Daniel helped me every step of the way. He was straightforward, forthright, answered all of my questions, without that typical dealership, psychological nonsense, and even drove me home. I know that he didn’t make a huge commission, and yet he was as professional as he had just sold the most expensive car a lot. I would absolutely buy a car from this van and recommend him so highly to anyone and everyone in the market.

Tony, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all our concerns about the used vehicle. My newly purchased used private party Lexus is a wonderfully reliable machine. According to the dashboard message the car required service, which I thought meant an oil change. However, a minor service is checking the fluids and rotating the tires for $116.00 and an hour and a half wait time. Wow. This is a bit steep and I found that I can explore maintenance options, but it is a Lexus and I enjoy the luxury.

Lexus repair

From the first call the people at Lexus were incredibly helpful. I had to get my car towed in because there was a problem with leaking oil. They had me a loaner car within minutes. They always have fresh coffee and pastries in their lobby, so even if you have to wait, you can enjoy yourself. All the salespeople and service people were beyond accommodating and explained everything Extremely well. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

It's convenient for me to go to Lexus of Marin, it's on the way to work which is also within their Shuttle Services. I was a drive-up for this service and was still able to get on their docket. Team is friendly and efficient, their lounge has WiFi and is well-stocked. While you pay more the perks are nice.

We recently brought our Lexus in for a repair in the service department. Our service advisor Len Temple was absoultely terrific. He researched our problem and found that it was related to a recall a few years ago and put the wheels in motion to get the problem taken care of. He made all the arrangements and set us up with a loaner very quickly. Everyone that we dealt with at that dealership was friendly, knowledgable, and really a pleasure to deal with. We received our car back clean with a topped off tank of fuel. Its nice to do business with a company that prides itself in customer service

The first time when I called Lexus of Marin I talked with Sales Associate Kelly Austin on the phone. The next day, I decided to go for test driving and I purchased my first certified pre-owned Lexus CT 200h from Kelly Austin! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional, and helpful. its been such a wonderful experience that I never going to forget that day.
