Terrible experience with Neil Chandra at this dealership

Wow! Just had a terrible terrible experience at this dealership with a sales manager named Neil Chandra. He was condescending, rude, manipulative, uninformed. Just a shady character. The dealership itself seems nice. We were seen quickly and has a decent experience till Neil started to try and give us the hard sell to make the sale. Insisting that he could only give us the 'best' price after he had run our credit. After I showed him that the Lexus website publicly advertised a better rate than he was showing us. He started obfuscating about how they were advertising a different vehicle. We are going to buy a Lexus but definitely not at this dealership and not from Neil Chandra.

Worst Experience Ever

This is the worst dealer i've ever had to deal with. I called the dealer on my B-day 11/02/2016 made an offer on a RX 350 and my offer was accepted a day later 11/03/2016. I emailed all of my documents including my proof of financing and told them to hold the vehicle for me to pick it up today 11/04/2016. I was told that the vehicle was going to be put on hold and come to find out the vehicle was sold to another person. This dealer has no integrity and their word means nothing. This dealer gets a zero for customer service.

Another Lexus RX 350 purchase

We just purchased our 3rd RX 350 yesterday, our second one from Stevens Creek Lexus. We are very happy with the professional service that we received from our sales rep, Qui Tran. A car is such a major purchase and it is nice to ha We used the Costco Auto purchase program and we took advantage of the excellent financing program of 0.9%.

2016 Lexus CT200h

I had a great experience of leasing a 2016 Lexus CT200h last night. The sales rep Qui Tran was super helpful and very accommodating on getting the best deal possible. She was very knowlegeable and answered all the questions regarding car specs and pricing. It took us only a few hours to test drive, agree and sign all the paper work. Would defiantly recommend this dealership and sales team to anybody to have a great experience of buying/leasing a car. Very happy with my choice.

I searched SUV online. Several dealers contacted me and finally I chose Qui at Lexus of Stevens Creek. She was really nice and friendly, and also gave me a good deal to buy GX460. Her service was excellent. She covered all questions I was interested in. I was quite satisfied with the whole purchase process. Lexus of Stevens Creek is very big dealer and you will find much more choices.

We just bought a new car (NX200t) through Daniel and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a rocky experience with a different sales rep earlier in the week and turned to the Internet sales department. Daniel was responsive, provided all information asked for, and was courteous at all times. We very quickly ended up with a deal we were happy with, and didn't have to deal with any icky and tired sales tactics. We picked up the car today and were very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was friendly, explained everything, and Made me feel relaxed and important during the car buying process. I got the car I specifically wanted and a great price too. Daniel Macia is a busy Internet Sale Manager to get a hold of. If you like a car with options package, base on your budget. He followed through on your needs and save your time. You find the best price, bring it to him in person, with proof. He will match it or beat it at Lexus of Stevens Creek dealer with his boss's approval. He also is a very patient guy. For instance, my todler 3 yrs old insisted and cried to go test drive with me. He waited for me to transfer a baby car seat on a new car. Clearly explained to you when you have questions and walked through with you on getting started owning/ driving a new car. Bonus: As a new Lexus owner at Stevens Creek dealer, you will get a FREE lifetime of Valet parking at the Valley Fair shopping mall with a Stevens Creek license plate frame and your VIN #. I highly recommend and count on Daniel Marcia for your next car.

Simply put, Jacqueline is awesome! She was very friendly, patient and courteous. I didn't feel pressured at all into purchasing and was given plenty of time to consider the deal (which was much better than I was expecting.) Worst sales rep met ever, don't buy

Friends this is the worst experience I have Ever seen during car buying, I went to this dealership because, my company has some tieup and they provide discount for that, I went to buy Lexus 350 here, First I was contacted by this dealership when i submitted request online. Guy names Joe Hart contacted me and sent me email, we did few email exchanges for features and all, he asked me to come if i like, so we can work out. I drove 140 miles to that dealership. When I reached there and met this guy and introduced my self but he was like i don't know you, so I said we communicated in email in this week, so he responded arrogantly, saying I talk with 80 people. I thought he might have bad day but that didn't end here. I went there with my friend as I wanted to buy and come back, so he can get my car back. After that he found my email communication using my Email ID, then I expressed my interest and we had one doubt about feature, so my friend asked about it, so on first question he insulted him saying why are you talking, i will only talk with him, so my friend stopped. I still stayed patient, so i said i like the car but I am interested to buy it in this price $47000 (I had quote from 2 dealers for same price, its just i wanted to buy from here as my company suggest this, so I was expected better service), so he just rudely said I don't want to sell car to you. Not sure that guy is mad or what but my experience was worse ever, I would never suggest anyone to buy car from stevens creek lexus. On the otherside, After leaving from here, I went to pleasanton, just to check for same car, First time I went there, just after entering I talked to salesman here I said I am looking this car and I showed my quote, withing seconds he said i can give u this car for $46000 which I never expected, that was $1000 less than I was exepcteing, I was really surprised, in ten minutes I filled all the forms and finished my paper work, I really liked service.

I been doing research on the new Lexus ES350 for couples month before I brought the car 2 days ago at Stevens Creek. I went and spoke to some of the salesmen in the Bay Area most of them are liar or thief .the most honest fast no BS sale person is Vincent N. in Stevens Creek , we spoke on the phone I told him if he have the car in the lot and that's the price I'm going to pay . I went down there 4 hours later and Vincent have me to go pick out the color and go straight to paper and drive off with the car .trust me Vincent is one of the honest salesman ,he will give you the lowest price than any other salesman
