2011 Traverse - 2LT-Red Jewel-Factory Ordered for Linda-WOW !!!!!

The Name of your Dealership is PERFECT, COURTESY CHEVROLET, and John Anderson is a lucky owner to have an GREAT EMPLOYEE LIKE TONY SIGNORELLI ! I live in Marin County, and the two nearest Chevy Dealerships "dropped the ball" big time! I was shopping for a brand new car and paying CASH and I knew I wanted the "Traverse". I wanted it in RED. No sales person at EITHER of the local dealers came out to talk with me about the car! I had to locate a sales person, I had to ask to have a Traverse OPENED so I could sit in it & then once again, I had to ask to TEST DRIVE THE CAR! The same day of the above experience, I came home, went on line to locate a RED TRAVERSE and that's how I found the Courtesty Chevy dealership. I called requesting more info on the Red Traverse in their inventory. Tony Signorelli called me back, I explained what I wanted and HE WENT TO WORK FOR ME. After a few emails and his price quote info, I decided to FACTORY BUILD THE TRAVERSE I wanted and ordered a Traverse 2 LT-2011 with everything I wanted or did not want on the car. It was the very first time in my entire life that I Factory ordered a new car! It has been a thrilling experience. My husband & I took deliverly on 9-3- Friday and I was happy to finally meet Tony in person. From the moment we arrived, until we were on our way back to Marin County he was there for us! As we learned about the car at the dealership, it was discovered that we were not going to be able to sync my cell/bluetooth, so he stepped up and purchased "OnStar" cell phone mins for us. Now, it has been discovered that the car was NOT BUILT with the Bluetooth connectivity even tho I had ordered that option, and Tony is in the process of arranging your GM after market rep to handle this and install bluetooth in my car. While I would have preferred that the car had arrive exactly as I had ordered it, I realize that nothing is perfect in lifes experiences. Both my husband & I LOVE OUR NEW CHEVY TRAVERSE and being in the GM employee family for over 27 yrs. WE ARE PROUD TO ONCE AGAIN BUY AMERICAN. We welcome the newest CHEVY PRODUCT to our family!
