Horrible service - Stay Away

I had to bring my audi in several times to get the same problem correct. First visit, scheduled an appointment and told them the issue. dropped car off at 7am on scheduled date, they said they'd call by 3pm with an update, no call. I called at 330pm left a vm for the service person that was suppose to call me. They never called back. I called two more times, leaving vm, no call back. I took a taxi to the dealer before their closing time to get my car and they said they didn't have time to look at the faulty headlamps. I asked why would they not have time to look at the problem even when they scheduled an appointment? Also asked why they didn't call me back telling me, instead of having me come into the dealer to find out? No reply I left it over night with them promising to fix the issue on day 2. Again, no call with an update and left 2 vm, still no return call. I again went down before they closed to pick up the car since they said it would be fixed the night before. It was not looked at again. Supposedly the computer was not working to diagnose the issue. . .again, asked why they didn't call when they said they would??? Visit #3 - brought in to have it checked, remember it's faulty headlamps. Dangerous dirving at night when they don't work and I can't see. This time they said they didn't have the part to fix the issue and they would order it. They said it would take 3 days to get in and they would call when it arrived. I never recieved a call so I called after 10 days and the part had been in for 5 days. Again, why didn't you call when it arrived. No answer. Visit #4 - finally fixed the issue. Horrible service and very rude service team. An issue that could have been fixed in 2 days took them 5 days of not having a car and over 4 weeks to get it fixed!!!! Again this was a saftey issue for the car and they didn't seem to care. Also, I called the service manager, explaining my concern and requested a call back. I never recieved a call. I will never buy another Audi or any car that needs to be serviced at Royal Motors. I live in SF so it is a pain to bring to another dealer for warranty problems, but that is was I am doing now. . . Stay away from this dealer and service center!
