Went to pick up my Denali from service and Larry my service rep referred me to Albert for a test drive in a 2016 Sierra. I was impressed with the new Sierra and Albert was a great salesman with answers to all my questions. I highly recommend Albert at MKB GMC.

Kyle was able to get me out of a GMC Terrain and into a 2016 Buick Verano, even though the Terrain was only a year old. Kyle worked hard to get me the deal I needed and he did just that. Thanks Kyle, we love our new car.

I don't know how many of you go to a dealership expecting a hard sell from a pushy salesman, but that's the mental picture I had before I went in. I was totally wrong! At MKB Buick GMC I was greeted warmly and treated with courtesy. The salesman showed me my options, but never tried to push anything on me. I ended up getting a great deal on a car that really suits my needs, and I walked away from the whole experience with a very positive feeling. I'll definitely be back to buy my next car here.

Received an initial automated contact from this dealership asking several generic questions about my inquiry. Replied back to the questions, indicated I was looking forward to receiving a quote and never heard a word back since.

They even loaned me the vehicle overnight! I took it home, drove the dog around in it and finally starred at it sitting in my garage while in my robe and slippers! I worked directly with the GM/President and head sales manager. There was no negotiating because this was my 5th vehicle from them. It was sold at invoice and they gave me the best possible price/terms. When I was signing the paperwork, I noticed they even were able to squeak a few bucks lower monthly payment for me! Totally painless and drama free. Their follow-up has been great and have asked me twice now if everything was good and I was happy. This is one of the oldest family owned dealerships in San Diego. They may at times not sell the exact vehicle I think I want to buy (and I don't mean model in their inventory) but I always come back to them because I know I am not getting screwed over and its so painless to buy from MKB. Stay away from the chain stores like Mossy, Carmax, etc.. they all have such high overhead that the consumer ends up paying for it in the end. (BTW, I got $5,000 more for my trade-in at MKB then at Mossy Toyota!)
