Kelci, Internet Sales Manager, was extremely helpful through out my shopping experience. She was always respectful of my time and kept her part of the agreement from start to finish. I even compared her quote to Escondido, Carlsbad, National City, Mission Viejo and dealerships in LA. Did I mention I left and came back almost 2 weeks later with the same deal one the table? I was impressed! None of the dealerships could even compete with the offer. Even Carol in finance was professional and respectful. I was pleased with my entire experience and will definitely come back for all my auto needs. I myself am a sales person and I will be sure to share my pleasant car shopping experience with everyone I know. Thanks Kelci and Carol!

I had a wonderful buying experience at Kearney Mesa Acura. Scott Barker was my sales consultant. I liked that he provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable on the vehicle we looked at. He took us through the car buying experience without any sales pitches and let the car sell itself. We highly recommend Scott and Kearney Mesa Acura

My best car buying experience ever

Scott was my sales guy and since I met him many years ago, I have bought two cars and leased one car from him. I go to Kearny Mesa Acura because of him. He has made all of my car needs experiences very pleasant and very easy. I even take my cars in for all the service needs at the dealership because I feel service is friendly all around, all the time.

I have been coming to Kearny Mesa Acura for over almost 5 years now, either for service or to purchase a new car. Scott who is in Sales at the dealership has put me in 2 lease cars during that time and I couldn't have been more satisfied. He is personable, reasonable, and flexible with making sure I leave happy each time. Juan in Service has always been professional, friendly and very accomodating with all my service needs. It's very refreshing to have two people I can call whenever I have a car question or need.

If you buy a car here.. be sure to go to scott! He's a very friendly guy who does not fail to satisfy me everytime I come in! He always follows through with his car washes too! Scott's the best!!

Avoide this place. They're horrible.

I do not recommend Kearny Mesa Acura. Their non-responsive business department, and poor customer service are two reasons to avoid this dealership. They're all friendly talkers. But its apparently all talk just to make a sale. General Manager Dan Collins has not fulfilled his promises. I'll remove this negative review if and when they follow through on their promise to correct the DMV paperwork mistakes and defective paint on my New Acura

INTERNET PURCHASE

I submitted my request to Tom N. with what I was willing to pay and what I would take for my trade in. They met my price, agreed to the trade in value and agreed to install several accessories at their cost as well as an additional tank of gas (beyond the initial tank) and maintenance items. The process was extremely easy (I had my SDCCU loan authorization letter before hand) and I was in and out in no time. The entire staff (Martin and Anthony, ladies in the cashier department, the general manager, etc.) were extremely helpful, professional and very wasy to be around! I even received a follow up call from Acura as well as the General Manager for the dealership. I would recommend this dealership and more importantly the staff without reservation!

I purchased a vehicle from Sean at Acura Kearny Mesa. He addressed all my concerns and had answers to every question I had. There was no messing around, no games, in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I don't particularly enjoy messing around in dealerships for any longer than necessary, I'm glad I didn't have to. I would definitely buy from Sean Acura Kearny Mesa
