MGI Motors

So..... I was trying to avoid posting this but since Adam, the owner and manager of MGI Motors has decided to ignore our court order (case #17SC04389: it is public record so feel free to view it online), I'm going public. I sued MGI Motors on December 27, 2017, for Breach of Contract. MGI sold me a vehicle with a fradulent/rolled-back odometer. I won my case. Adam decided to attempt to appeal the decision, and his appeal was rejected by the court so my judgment is now official and final. I have made several attempts to try to collect my judgment without getting the Sheriff's Civil Division involved, but Adam has been non-compliant. The only good thing about filing a Writ of Execution and having the Sheriff's Department involved in the enforcement is that I can ask for 10% simple interest from the original date of the judgment, request that their dealer license be temporarily suspended, and MGI motors will have to pay over $300 for every day that the Sheriff's Department has to be there to collect on the money judgment. Adam attempted to talk circles around me in court, and will probably respond to this post and try to talk circles around me again. But the fact remains that they sold me a fraudulent vehicle and the judge confirmed it!!! UPDATE:05/12/2018: MGI Motors still has NOT paid the money owing to me! Meladrea Carter
