Working with Effie and Robert on my new Sierra 1500 was an absolute pleasure. Both were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure at all. I appreciated the prompt online responses (how I initially connected with Reliable Buick/GMC) which made the in-person experience seamless. Great attention to detail and they even found and returned a few items I had left in my trade-in vehicle! Can't recommend them and Reliable enough.

Battery Replacement

Choosing to go to a dealership for a new battery is not normal due to the excessive price, but it was a specialty battery and our other place didn't have one. The service was provided and we are satisfied with the work performed. Price was substantially higher than our normal place.

So time to return 2013 lease according to lender. Calls to lender, no clear answers to my questions. Turned to the internet and began search and information on latest vehicles around. As luck would have it, Gary contacted me. I was very pleased to realize that Gary knew his inventory and the only thing I needed to was to show up and pick out another beauty to lease! Hubby and I showed up at Reliable and were treated very well and given all the time we needed patiently. Gary did have some helpful suggestions about each model concerning lifestyle and needs. Paul, the finance guy was so funny (but thorough-Go Broncos!)..Oh, and we did receive as many discounts as authorized. We are happy with our new SRX!!

I was uncertain about the purchase of a new vehicle , however my experience with Reliable GMC was great. All of my questions were answered, the test drive was pleasant and gave me an opportunity to get a feel for the vehicle I was interested in. The salesman was professional and immediately placed me at ease. This was a good experience and I have a wonderful new car.

Too many mishaps and lack of customer service

This is not the first experience I have had dealing with Reliable Buick GMC Cadillac with lack of customer service. Why I keep coming back baffles me. The first time I had repairs done at Reliable Buick GMC Cadillac I had a service contract and was charged the full amount. I did not realized it until I got home and the service advisor told me it was too later to bill the service contract provider. The service advisor was well advised I had a service contract and it even stated it on the receipt. The repairs would have been covered if the service contract was used but instead I'm out $1700. One the current repairs was from a repair that was done on a short I had in the electric system and the service tech shorted out the CD player. I brought the vehicle back in two other times and was told the electrical tech was not in both times. Final I brought the vehicle in for other repairs and was able to have it looked at but the service advisor wanted to charge me to fix it. At least I was able to show him that the cause was from Reliable's technicians and wasn't charged for the repair. After having the repair and service completed, I got the vehicle back with missing parts and the vehicle had grease hand prints on the hood and fender and a rag left in the engine compartment. The real kicker is I brought the vehicle in to have the front driver seat look at because it would stop moving forward or backward within two seconds. There was three wires under the seat the was pull out of the connector. I told the service advisor this was the cause of the issue and all that was needed was for the wires to be plugged back into the seat sensor connector, because I did not know the which color wires went to which connector. When I got the phone call from the service advisor he told me the motor was burnt out and that I need to replace the whole seat assembly which was quoted at $1300. The service advisor did provide me with a wiring diagram for the connector and when I got home I was able to plug the wires back into the seat sensor and it works great. Again, was told something that was not true and I would have been charges for something I did not need. Most people would probably paid the unnecessary $1300 for the seat assembly because they would not have known better. I was charged for them to look at the seat which I feel they did nothing to fix the issue. They probably moved the seat forward and it stopped within two seconds and would not move again and the conclusion was the motor was burnt out. If they would have listen to what I told them they could have fixed the issue for me and I would have been happy to pay for the service. Instead I paid them for no work completed to the seat and I had to fix the problem.

New car purchase

Purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon (Denali model) in November last year. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle. The ride and handling is excellent, with power to spare. The interior is great, quite comfortable. Plenty of room to carry whatever. The buying process was smooth and hassle free. We highly recommend the dealership to others. Your salesman and finance manager did an excellent job for us. Had a little problem with the Nav screen, which Don and his staff got it taken care of. No other problems or "gremmies" have arisen with the car. All in all, it's a great vehicle!

Smooth Respectful Buying Experience

Car buying should not make your blood pressure rise above a safe level, but it usually does. My experience at Reliable Buick GMC could not have been further from "the norm." Daryl Harris, his finance manager and even the service person I was introduced to were respectful, informative and efficient. They didn't just sell me a car, they took the time to establish themselves as a full-service resource.

Jeff has been our service advisor for over 5 years and each time he as been very helpful and after 80,000 miles on our GMC 2500HD towing, we have had a mechanical breakdown on our long trips.. We live over 18 miles away and though there are other GMC dealers that can service our vehicle and many on our road trips, we always rely on Jeff for our service needs.

The staff at Reliable Cadillac were wonderful. We realized that our memory seat was never initiated to work with our fobs, and they resolved that issue promptly, besides performing the usual oil change and tire rotation!

I have purchased two new vehicles here and when I need service or have any issue, I know I can trust the team at Reliable to fix i properly, timely and reasonably. The service writers (Art & Rick & others) are knowledgable and patient! Service Manager or Forman "Pete" and his team are outstanding and won't quit until the issue is fixed right. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Doug was an awesome salesman. He knew his vehicles, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. We weren't even looking at the GMC, but the Dodge salesman didn't know his own products, and Ford didn't give us the time of day. Doug worked the deal we we're looking for. Actually i saw the car on internet and contacted the sales guy, he responded very quickly. when i went there after a long journey, cars looks good and even i went for auto inspection, then i came to know that car has some repairs to go. when i asked the sales manager he said it will be factory covered warranty(after buying car when i went to repair i came to know it's not covered under warranty), and it's my mistake to believe that. I thought thats fine. Here you go main thing, I got pre-approved loan from couple of banks which were applied by dealer itself. so i went there picked the car after signing the pre-approved loan documents. Here is the funny thing they called me after one week and said your loan is not approved and asked to return car back(distance between dealer and my home is 200Miles). I dont know what the [violative content deleted] these guys did, i got something around 15 mails from different banks saying that your loan application is denied. The sales rep from the dealer said to me that they are sending loan application for 4 banks, they never said that they are apply for 18 banks. finally I lost my credit score badly, due to this [violative content deleted], and i got the car paid off with help of my friend.
