Never allow these people to touch your car. Even if you buy from them, take it elsewhere for service. I thought they had done the first oil change on my car, but got suspicious. They performed a recall on the software, resetting the service interval without actually performing the service. I had the 100k maintenance agreement and got my first oil change at 25,000 miles. They supposedly fixed my SAS sensor and broke the clock spring while doing it. They actually just disabled the SAS instead of fixing it. Refuse to fix the clock spring they broke unless I p[ay $1100.00. The 100k agreement just expired and I was doing my spark plugs and found two broken bolts on my valve cover. I found this the first time I looked, within seconds. They had been under my hood many times and never noticed???? Called me and told me parts were in, made the 35 mile trip to find some of the parts were in and would have to make another 70 mile round trip for the rest of the parts. Not to mention the 4 hour minimum wait for service to be performed. I would rate them 0 stars.
