Deceptive and Disrespectful

I purchased a new Pontiac GTO from this dealership, and the overall experience was a horrible one. Their pricing tactics are dishonest, and the sales associate was not knowledgeable about the car and its features. I was sold the car at night, and was rushed through the walkthrough so that they could go home early. This in turn made me end up missing some scratches. When I had to bring the car back to have them fixed, they parked it next to the building with the passenger side very close to the wall. I trusted they fixed the car and brought it to as-new condition (since I paid for a new unused car), then went on my way back home. My girlfriend and I started to take pictures of the car, in order to send some to friends and family online, and I found out why they parked the car the way they did when I picked it up. On the passenger side, were three dings of some sort (looked to be from other car doors). I had never parked the car anywhere near another car since purchasing it, it was only parked at my garage. When telling the dealership about this, the manager then accused me of lying, and that I should have seen it when I was given another walkthrough when I picked the car up. I wasn't given a walkthrough when I picked it up, and I'll say again, how they parked the car made it nigh-impossible for me to check it out. When I told them I was going to call GM's customer service about it, he called me a bratty child. They lost a sale of a Pontiac Solstice for my sister. It was my mistake for trusting them to do the honest business. I've learned my lesson, and I hope nobody else has to go through an experience like mine. (Throughout my ordeal, only one employee treated me well. His name is Michael. My review does not apply to him. I hope he finds work at a better place.)
