No Pressure Car Buying Experience

I originally contacted a few dealers through the edmunds price promise guarantee feature but ended up going to Toyota Redlands after initially being contcted by Montana Gonzalez, one of the internet sales managers. I went with my gut on this one because Montana was very receptive to my very specific vehicle search query, and let me just say I couldn't have made a better choice. I arrived early on a Sunday morning and was warmly welcomed by the front desk receptionist. I waited a few minutes and then Montana came out and greeted me and had me wait in the lobby while she went to get one of the salesmen, David Blanco. When David arrived he introduced himself politely and apologized for the short wait; I knew immediately that this guy was not a sharky salesman. He already knew what I was looking for (a Corolla) and proceeded to inquire about the specifics of what I wanted. He led me down the aisle of Corollas and let me look around while he described plainly and clearly what the different trim levels offered in terms of features and the differences in pricing. Totally patient and attentive, David helped me comb through all the Corollas and after taking a test drive I settled on the SE. Not once did David try to upsell or push anything. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his attitude. Once we sat down and started talking numbers, David gave me a clear breakdown of all the additional options i.e. tint, alarm, Gap insurance etc. and explained what everything was in a way that really made me feel like he was on my side and not just trying to inflate his commission. Also, he was able to negotiate a reasonable price for my trade-in which I was content with. After David made sure I had the exact car I wanted with all the options I wanted, he handed me over to Pablo Castro, the paperwork guru. Pablo knew I was on a budget and offered me all the extras like warranty, exterior paint protection etc. but didn't force anything. Very professional, very personable, and upfront. After all the documents were signed I was ready to drive away with my shiny new Corolla, but not before David showed me how to use all the high-tech features like the navigation screen, lane departure system, and pre-collsion system. At the end of it all I drove away feeling and knowing that I got exactly what I wanted and at a great price. No buyer's remorse, no feeling like I got duped, just an overall great experience with down-to-earth people that made me feel like a part of the Toyota Redlands family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to deal with honest and upfront people. You won't feel like you're being talked at but instead you will feel listened to and accommodated. Great job Montana Gonzalez, David Blanco and Pablo Castro!

New Toyota Owner

I bought my first car here last week and I could not be happier with the service and care I recieved. Gina Estrada, Paul Smith, and Mario Romero were so helpful and helped me find the perfect car for the perfect price. I absolutely LOVE my Toyota Yaris iA, and I am super thankful for Toyota of Redlands and their help!
