They were very pleasant, timely, and courteous. For the purchase it was great, no pressure, easy test drive, no games with the sales team. There was a little confusion about some exchanged email negotiations, but as soon as I pointed out the oversight they immediately honored it with no attempt to wiggle out. I've bought several new cars in my life, and this was straight forward and honest, as the process should be. Do your homework, know what you want, set a reasonable price expectation and go in and negotiate, or use True Car or similar, and save your self the 'poker game' process, either way, high marks for Jose, Rick, Mark and Christi.
