I felt heard and understood with the budget I needed to stay within which is very important to this single mom of four. Took the Plunge - Got a Lexus!

We unexpectedly bought a 2024 RX350h last Saturday at Crown Lexus. We were greeted by a charming sales lady named Jackie. She was new at the dealership and was very pleasant and helpful as we spent some time test driving and going over the benefits of the Lexus brand. Her enthusiasm and positive spirit was definitely a factor in our decision to go ahead and purchase our new RX. It is a fabulous car. I was very apprehensive about purchasing so spontaneously, but after driving the car over the past few days, I am convinced we made the right decision! Thank you Jackie and Crown Lexus for getting us into this new chapter of luxury driving!

Unparalleled experience

Spoke with a sales rep after spotting the car on CarGurus. The rep was straight forward and honest about the vehicle and their transparency. I made an appointment to see and drive the vehicle. The car was like new! There was no pressure from the sales rep. We made the deal and I drove home happy.

I had to drive 50 mikes each way to Crown Lexus, but it was well worth it. My sales. Rep. Was courteous, professional and informative and yes he texted me quotation that he honored unlike two other dealerships in Orange County. Your monthly payment was almost $100 less than other two dealerships with same downpayment on same car model and features.

Lexus Reneged on Agreement

Sales Manager agreed on storing my trade-in car until I receive the title from DMV when I bought a new suv from her. 4 weeks into waiting but hasn't arrived yet so I asked for 1 more week to store it but she refused.

if you want to experience the fastest and no stress auto transaction, go and ask for Eugene! i told him what payments and mileage per year i want, he went back after 2 minutes, next thing you know i was at the finance guy already and signing papers. Greatest car transaction ever!

When I enter Crown Lexus Dealership grounds I was immediately greeted by a heartfelt smile. The salesman (Tyler), was professional, very pleasant, and a good listener. He provided me with the information I requested and then had a manager (Higor) to assist him. Higor was honest in his deliverance regarding the car and proved to be a person of his word. They Lie! HORRIBLE Customer Service!

Started off emailing Chris Hickman regarding a new car on their lot asking for pictures. He informed me it was still in the shop and that he would email me pictures when it was available. Next email I receive from him stated he had sold the car! Uh great communication Chris! Why wasnt I informed it was available like promised? Then I receive another email saying the buyer didnt show so we could go see the car now. After calling Chris to confirm the car was there and avaible, I drove to the dealership to see it (even though I still hadnt received pictures I was promised). When I arrived...they couldnt find the car! They made me wait for 25 minutes until telling me that the fleet manager had driven the car to Morongo! What?! Chris lied and said the car was there and parked in front. It definitely wasnt. Disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service, communication and lying, I asked to speak with Chris manager. The manager told me that the car had been sold and then asked if I wanted to look around the lot for a different car. Needless to say, I walked out. What a waste of time. The WORST dealership.

2017 Lexus LX 570 Brakes and Rotors

Horrible cars .. just bought 2017 Lexus LX 570 in October from Crown Lexus in Ontario California and brakes and rotors are badly damaged . Took it to dealership and they told me it is not covered under warranty and it is due to Normal wear and tear .. WTH... Normal wear and tear only on one side and only at 9500 miles on car that cost over $90K ... bunch of crap. Stay away from this crappy vehicles. Lexus doesnt stand behind their cars and quality. Opened a case with Lexus and lets see what they say next week. I am not taking my car from dealership till they fix it. Not taking this normal wear and tear crap... I am so done with this company and especially with Crown Lexus in Ontario California. Stay away from this dealership. Spend your money elsewhere on cars that gives you better normal wear and tear then car that costed me over $90k ..

I had my car serviced for scheduled 6 month service. I drive all the way out to Ontario from Artesia, because I have NEVER been disappointed with my service manager. I have NO complaints, and only praise for the service I receive at Crown Lexus.
