Mismanaged Dealership

Was going to stop there this morning to buy a new 530e. As i was going out the door my dad called me and asked me have i bought the car, i told him i was on my way he asked do you know how much is the oil changes. I told him let me call to find out and will call you back not that made any difference he was just asking. Trying to get this info took over 30 min and never was i given this info asked to speak with the MGR after a 20 min hold i was told that all MGR are in a meeting. Really took 20 min to find this out. So the out come is i have to inconvenient myself and go to a BMW dealership when they were only a 10 min drive from my house. I don't feel comfortable dealing with a dealership that feels so mismanaged ultimately upper management hire lower management that are reflection of them self's. Funny how they lost a sale over a sample question. I wonder how many times a day this happens. Am sure the other dealership sales team will thank you're service department for such an excellent customer service after my purchase in about an hour or so.

I came in after seeing a BMW Certified car on Cars dot com and inquired. The internet staff was back in touch sending me photos and answering questions even on a Sunday. I made an appointment to come in and was able to get a great trade in offer on my current lease and was able to get into a Certified car for a great price. I will be coming again for my next car. Highly recommend.

BAD SERVICE. BAD PRICE

Been coming here for about 6 yrs for when it was Savage BMW. Bought and traded in M3 without headache or dissatisfaction, leased i3 with incentives, bought 2012 328i sedan after trading in M3 without problem or feeling swindled. That changed dramatically when we decided to trade up our 2012 328i sedan for 535i. Not does our salesman, Geoff White, doesn't know much about the car he's showing me but also doesn't notice a big dark stain on the ivory leather of front driver seat. It was still there after I paid for the car and back from detailing. All he did was tried to wipe it off with stain remover, which didn't work. I can still see it. So he says he'll call me the next day to see if it's still there. Of course it was still there and he didn't even call me to arrange for someone to get the stain removed. Also, I was only given 8,500 for the 2012 328i sedan when the Kelly blue book list it at least 15,000. I was suspicious but trusted them so I didn't contest. Big mistake. Will not be coming back.

Second purchase and even happier.

I bought a used 2007 X3 in premium condition and received a fantastic deal from Joe and his team. As much as I loved this car I wanted something with a bit more refinement. Along came a CPO (dealer loaner) 2014 328i GT w/only 16k. Great value from a fantastic dealership. Thanks again Joe Pickens for another enjoyable experience. Special mention to Ignacio (finance) and Nicole (BMW genius) for their participation. My interactions with the service team on the X3 (normal maintenance) was far beyond my experiences with previous dealerships. They really treat customers as good friends. I've been in customer service of some type in all of my careers and this group meets and exceeds my expectations.

Wouldn't Hesitate to Recommend Savage BMW

Edwin Gomez, internet sales manager, stood apart from the handful of client advisors from other local dealerships I'd corresponded and met with throughout the car-buying process. He made the experience easy and hassle-free and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to steer my friends and family in his direction. I will never buy another car again without using Edmunds!

I worked with Blake the internet director for a couple of weeks before I actually decided what I wanted to buy. The dealership did not have the specific vehicle I wanted there, but traded for it with no problems. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Savage BMW & Blake!

We just purchased our 2nd BMW from SAVAGE and could not be more thrilled with the service. Diego handled everything fast and smooth. We were in and out in less than an hour - which is significantly less than the typical 4 hours, and both my husband and myself even received a goody bag full of fun BMW items. Again, I could not be more thrilled with their service. They are by far the most friendly and organized BMW dealership I have ever been to - completely worth the drive (or they will even hand deliver your new car to you). SAVAGE BMW has our business!

Great experience

Bought my first BMW from Savage and my salesman Mark. I was referred by my sister, she always raved about how well she was treated and what a great experience it was to do business with Savage, and she was right. From the first contact via the Internet to shaking the salesman's hand before I left the lot, it was a very positive experience. I had visited a good number of dealerships in the area while researching my next vehicle. I would recommend purchasing from Savage based on their professionalism, superb customer service, and concern not to waste my time. They offered me a fair value for my trade in, and they offered me a fair value for their car, well for my new car. I have nothing but positive comments to make on this entire process. Again this is my first BMW, and because of this experience and the great quality of the car, it won't be my last, nor my last car from Savage BMW.

Outstanding - I would give 10 Stars if I could! It is no wonder this is the highest rated BMW dealership in Southern California. The staff at Savage was unbelievable. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, organized, and made you feel like everything was taken care of. I will only purchase from Savage moving forward. Also, I live far from Ontario, but after settling all the paperwork they detailed my car and hand delivered it to me! This is service you will not find from another dealership. I was speechless. The sales advisor even walked me through every button and set up my phone and navigation presets. It has now been a few months and I could not be more pleased with their follow-up and friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff!

I've had excellent experiences at Savage. The sales staff is always helpful and attentive without being overbearing or annoying like at other places. They treat their customers well and make you feel special, regardless of which model you're buying. I'll definitely keep going back to Savage.
