Highly recommended Mercedes dealer in California

On 11-25-2022, we visited FJ Mercedes and ended up trading in our 2021 GLA with a 2023 GLA with a few more features that we need. As always FJ Mercedes is always nice, clean and professional. This review is especially written for our Sales Rep Ali Mehrnia. During the past 15 years, our friends and families did acquired a few cars from FJ. We have encountered quite a few sales rep, some good some just barely enough to get the job done until we met Ali. Ali is very courteous, understanding our needs, not pushy, especially not trying to put down the car we traded in like some others sales rep. He went out of his way to make sure our needs are satisfied even after the sale transaction is complete. We totally recommend FJ Mercedes, especially Ali and his manager Austin. We have asked for Ali to be our permanent Sales Rep for all future transactions. Updated 1/2/2023 After purchasing the car on 11/25/2022, we encountered a situation that we need help from the dealer to address to MB corporate. Luckily, Mr Gonzalez, the GM at FJ Mercedes, had stepped in and directed his team including Mr Austin Real, Mr Ali Mehrnia, Ms Shadi Moghadam (Finance Manager), Mr Payden Evans (Product Specialist) and Mr Steven Kim from Service to help us resolving the issue quickly, smoothly and professionally. Everyone went out of their way to give us the confidence that FJ Mercedes will always stand behind the customer for any issue to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. We totally recommend Fletcher Jones MB to anyone that is in need of a Mercedes, especially when the price offered are very competitive.

Great service - Great communication

It took a couple days longer to solve the issue than originally anticipated, but communication was great and I was able to manage the time issue very easily. Miguel is a rock star :)

2018 GLC

My wife and I just leased 2018 GLC We had so much good fillings regarding all process Sales person ( Gene Polichuk ) and sales manager ( James Sarvay ) were very professional and very pleasant people to talk with. R350 Service review

AC compressor, oil leak and rear Air suspension ( Air bag) work was perfumed on the vehicle. Work was performed to my satisfaction and Rob Draper as always did a great job servicing my vehicle. He also managed to get discount on the service charge. Have been a satisfied customer for over a decade Will continue to drop the vehicle for service in the future also. Thank you.

Excellent sales experience

Just, easy and efficient

I live over 2 hours away from Fletcher Jones and the work that needed to be done on my car was not getting fixed at the dealership by me. I called James Sarvey and told him the problems I was having and AJ took care of everything. James went the distance to make it happen for us. There just isnt better customer service anywhere like Fletcher Jones.

Tire repair and replace

Miguel was extraordinarily cordial, accurate, explained clearly what needed to happen, and then delivered a clean car 30 minutes before his estimate. He personally came into the waiting area to inform me and provide the valet ticket. Then a very pleasant young woman brought the key to me with me having to track her or anyone else down.
