Alicia's Ford Focus - A nice car

Bought a Ford Focus, the car I really wanted. I like the service because of the extra things they provided that will benefit me and my car in the long run. The staff was friendly and did whatever they could to meet our price requirements. Also, the initial salesman was not pushy at all. I liked the girl in finance, she was very helpful. I was kind of bummed (at myself) later, however, when I got it home and noticed there was no cruise control. - Alicia Farmer

Ford Fiesta purchase

I went to check out the Fiestas as I was narrowing my purchase choices down to 2. The 1st salesperson was not really motivating me to buy and did not seem to have what I wanted on the lot. I was ready to leav then Rueban took over & also introduced me to Rick, the sales manager who sent me info online. They were both very thorough in obtaining data from me on just what I was looking for and answered all of my questions in a professional, knowledgeable manner. It turned out the exact car I wanted was right on the lot and had been overlooked. They all had to work overtime to convince me to purchase the car that night as it was already closing time when I agreed this was my car. I felt that the pricee was good and the explainations were clear. I went back a week later to get my extra key and mats and had several questions which were handled to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to others.

Very Motivated, Funny and Hard Working dealers at Perry Ford National City

My dealer was Nicholas C. although he had been working on overtime he was very hard working and funny, he never left us to attend another costumer or acted like he didn't want to be at work it even seemed like he enjoyed being with us which made us feel welcomed. I will definetly be back to purchase another car from him in the futur for my Daughter. I highly recomend him to everyone.

Do NOT give Perry Ford any $. Lies and games. I bought a car or thought I did anyway- paid a down payment which they took very eagerly. They were not able to secure financing for me, after they said they had of course. Then they requested the vehicle be returned. I promptly returned the vehicle only to be told that I would have to wait for a check- in reality they should have been made available at the time the car was returned. It has been four days of excuses and avoidance on behalf of this so called company. Roger, Valerie and Patty should do the right thing and give me my $$. What kind of business is this? Who runs this place where no one is accountable? More importantly can they be trusted? *** Update *** After calling around and sending an email to whom I am told is the GM- I just got a call that my check will be ready tomorrow before noon. I sincerely hope this is true- for the sake of others who may end up in my situation. If not- I'll be back to talk about it.
