Awful customer service

I traded in my old car and purchased a new car at the Napa Hanlees Dodge dealership Erica and Will were great! Sadly that’s where the great experience stopped. The car I traded in on 09/24/2019 was sold to the new buyer in late October 2019. In November 2019 I began receiving Fastrac toll bridge violations 3 in total. I notified Fastrac that I no longer own the vehicle in question, they told me to contact the dealership and that should be the end of the issue. I took all the paperwork to Hanlees 12/19 like I was asked to do again should have been the end of the problem. In January 2020 I began receiving late notices and additional fines for the toll violations. After another call to Fastrac, Hanlees had never attempted to resolve the issue as they had promised they would. If this is how they take care of their customers I will gladly go somewhere else. On a last note Brianna the sales manager for Hanlees Dodge is awful and rude!!

Went in for an oil change...

I took my car in for an oil change..I went home in a brand new car!! While waiting for my car to be serviced I took a walk around the car lot. That’s when I found my new Dodge Challenger. I submitted my interest online. Shortly after that I received a call from Erica (she is awesome) The entire experience was great. Took a test drive, loved the car, and the rest is history. From beginning to end the entire process was easy and everyone was very friendly. They worked hard to get me the best deal and gave me a great trade in offer for the car I already had. Next time I’m in the market for a car I will be back!!

Smooth purchase

I bought a 2017 Jeep Compass. Hanlees treated us well. Let us spend as much time as we wanted on our test drive and answered all of our questions without condescending or pressuring us in any way. This can't be said for all dealers. We financed through our credit union and the purchase couldn't have been smoother.
