I recently bought an X3 and my experience in working with Leonid Gortovnik and Shahram Fakhraie across the end-to-end deal process was superb. Leo attentively listened and productively executed on each step of the sales process (he was also sincerely patient when I kept missing the correct exits on our test drive! hah!). Shahram was articulate in explaining financing options and made it comfortable to make the right extended warranty decisions. There was also a sharp guy from the merchandise desk who was diligent with my requests to check for different sizes. Overall, I felt I was taken care of with professionalism, patience/efficiency wherever each was needed, and a sincere desire to get the deal done in a way that left me happy. Keep up the great work fellas!

Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was kind, professional, and kept my best interests at heart. Our salesperson, Michael, made no attempt to push us into making a purchase. Instead, he simply answered the questions we had and allowed us to decide on our own terms. Sean, who helped us with financing, was very clear about explaining what we were signing and what each package option entailed.

The lease on my car was due and I was on the market for a new lease. I've leased multiple BMW's (3-series) in the past. I submitted an inquiry via BMW website and received a response from Edwin with BMW of Mt. View almost immediately. Edwin was prompt, polite and always professional throughout the entire process. I was communicating with a few other BMW dealerships but ultimately went with Edwin because he provided the best offer. I've leased all my cars and must say my experience with Edwin and his colleagues at BMW of Mt. View was extremely pleasant. There wasn't any hard selling and I didn't experience any condescending behavior from anyone I encountered throughout the entire sales process. The finance director was actually a funny and cool guy! The most important part of the entire process was that I felt that they valued my business (it was extremely busy that day), and my time! I will absolutely refer my family and friends to Edwin and the BMW of Mt. View dealership and do see myself as a repeat customer for the hassle free and pressure free experience I had throughout the entire sales process! I did end up leasing an i4 that I am enjoying! ;)

I recently had my BMW X5 serviced at BMW of Mountain View. Brandon was great in assessing the situation/needs, and providing me important information about my lease given mileage. This enabled me to reach out to the sales team (Joe W) who I have worked with on multiple leases. As usual, they were quick to respond and provide options. In terms of the service, it was done the same day I brought the car in and was provided access to Lyft. Great experience

2023 530E lease

I flew up from Burbank to Mountainview BMW to check and then lease the 530E. It had the color combo I wanted and features I was looking for. Dean was a great salesman and the rest of the team was excellent as well. They knew I had flown up and were very accomodating in offering, food, water etc. and knew I needed to get out on the road and drive back to Los Angeles and made sure to help get me on the way asap.

It was my first time buying a BMW from the BMW dealership in Mountain View, CA and Robert and the finance guy were very friendly and helpful in trading in my Porsche car for my new BMW 2024 i4e40 in metallic sunset orange. I got a good rate since my husband is the co-applicant and they also gifted me a BMW mug, teddy bear, and an umbrella with BMW logo on it. They also offer 2 free years of charging your car at any Electricfy America charging stations which can save you some money. What I also like is that they have a BMW Genius guy who would show you how to use all the special functions in your car especially when it comes to Assisted Driving on the road since I am new to this function. They also emailed you afterwards to check on you and see if you have any other question.
