Wow,I don't know what to say besides. I love this place not only do they have highline luxury cars. But,they also have an Awesome loan manager Albert. He did everything he promosed and more. Not only once but twice, thats right this is my 2nd purchase. Ask for Geo he's the man on the lot and Albert is the best no words can explain how excited I was coming out of a bankruptcy. Didn't think it was possible. Thanks so much will be coming back for a jaguar. Lol

I was looking to purchase a BMW Z4 and I received excellent customer service from start to finish. The employees were very informative and was able to answer my questions. I had an appointment with Vanessa to look at a specific car I saw on their website. She was very welcoming and friendly. I felt she was more Like a consultant then a sales person. Took time to get to know me and my preferences. Showed me the car I wanted in different colors and models and insisted I test drove similar cars from different makes so I am sure I am making the right choice. She was very patient, and very knowledgeable. I already have spoken to friends about my car buying experience there as the whole team was really great! No pressure sales here! Will totally come back in the future even with a commute from Temecula to Montclair. Love my new car :)

I came in to West Coast because it was time to trade in my previous car. This was the 3rd car we purchase from here. I didn't bother shopping around anywhere else because I had such a great experience on my last purchase. Our Sales guy Joey was awesome and made the process quick and stress free. Rick in finance is also amazing. They have always taken care of us and have made the whole auto buying process pleasant. I will always come back to West Coast Auto Sales when I need a car and I am happy to always recommend them to friends and family.

I would just like to say my experience was so pleasant and easy. Albert you are the man, I've never been in and out of a dealership so fast. The selection of luxury highend cars was so exciting from the time I stepped on the lot. Albert worked so quickly to even get me a lower interest rate than expected coming out of a Bankruptcy 13. Geo was soo nice and attentive to all my needs. I would recommend West Coast to family or friends. I will be bringing my daughter to purchase her car when ready. Thank you so much for great expectations being met. I love my Jaguar it is a head turner.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the car buying experience. When I called Gio was very personal and understanding to what I was looking for. Gio went above and beyond the call of duty to help entertain my 3 year old daughter. The price of the car and any work that had been done on it was thoroughly explained. My wife and I were interested in a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and through Car Gurus located one I wanted at this dealership. I called to set an appointment with a salesperson, Gio and test drove the car with my wife. It was in excellent condition. However, for peace of mind I used the services of a mobile mechanic and had him examine the car two days later before purchasing. Gio and the sales manager, Argenis, were very accommodating. My mechanic confirmed the car was in excellent condition and we bought it the same day. The sales process was quick and painless.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that's interested in purchasing a highline pre owned luxury vehicle. I don't think there are many dealerships out there that sincerely care for there customers the way West Coast does. I had an amazing experience and appreciate there amazing service. We moved to LA from NYC and so I needed a car which would be my first one. What I loved about the place is that there is a huge choice of luxury cars here. Unfortunately not knowing how to drive I was looking for something simple. Gio was a great help to us. He spent almost his entire day showing us various cars that would fit me best. He had a great knowledge of models we were considering and their pros and cons for a new driver. He made sure I choose a car that is comfortable and safe to drive. Overall everyone in this place was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back here in couple years after I get comfortable behind the wheel.

After several bad purchases at traditional (brand affiliated) dealers, this was a 180 buying experience. Gio was very knowledgeable about the Mustang I was buying and he took time to show me all of the features and answer my questions. The best part was speaking with Rick about financing. Instead of disappearing for great lengths of time and coming back with scribbled up pieces of paper, we went into Rick's office and he showed us the math behind what I'd be paying for the car. It helped that I had done research first, but his payment offer was under what I had wanted, and already included the GAP insurance and the theft protection they include. I really appreciate the transparency and will definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone looking for a used car.

The selection was incredible, with many makes and models to choose from. The custom components available are also a big plus!
