My husband and I went to this dealership as we were in the market to buy a Honda that we've been researching. We were looking at the sticker of a couple of cars when Salesman Pedro came over to us and introduced himself. I said "Hi, how are you" but continued to read the sticker price of a car. He mumbled something about not being well because he doesn't like talking to people's backs and he proceeded to walk away (to go back to the corner where all the salesmen gather). He looked back at us and held up a finger. WHAT AN ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOR, we felt downright mistreated! I really felt that he was obnoxiously rude to us because he already made judgment that we were not worthy (probably because of the way we looked) and he figured we're not going to buy a car anyway. We went inside to speak with the manager, Pedro held open the door to my husband saying the manager is that way, still instigating and now even more confrontational saying that my husband is not treating him right. Really, you have the audacity to still be speaking to us - the only words that should be coming out of your mouth at this point is apologizing to us for the way you treated us! Talking to the Sales Manager Ricardo proved useless. The first thing he said to us was there are other sales people we can talk to. After that statement, we were done. No I'm sorry you had a negative experience - no assurance that they take customer complaints seriously. This place needs some serious Customer Service training - they need to start with Pedro and Ricardo.

The sales guy who was helping us judged us by our look and wanted to offer us a used car when we were in search of a new one. We were decided on a 2018 Accord but they wanted to give almost a 6% interest with excellent credit and I was able to get a Chevy with 2.9%. Merced Honda is trying to steal people’s money. Interest is way too high especially on a $25,000 car! Never will I return here to look for a car!

Recently bought a 2017 Dodge Journey from this dealer and was completely satisfied. Clean and friendly environment. Even though I did not buy a Honda I was able to acquire Honda Care and I have no worries. Ask for Arturo and Pedro they are sure to get you the best deal and financing you are comfortable with like they did with me.

This was the easiest process anyone could have given me for purchasing my first car and I could not be happier. Everyone was so helpful and you could tell that the employees only want the best for their customers, it's not just about the money for them, it's about making sure their cushomers leave with the best deal in the safest and most reliable vehicle. Merced Honda gets 5 stars in my book. Brandon Marquez was one of the most helpful of sales employees that I worked with that day

Brandon Marquez helped me out and he was awesome! He first helped me on the internet and when I went down there he helped me pick out a vehicle and I couldn't be happier . The Honda team in general helped me reach the payments I wanted and gave me a fair trade in for my car.

I was apprehensive about getting a new car because my car was already paid off. But my car was having some issues so i thought i would just see what they had. My sales guy was Brandon Marquez he was super nice and wasn't pushy at all and helped me find the perfect car with great payments.
