BAIT AND SWITCH

Called at 11:10am to verify an advertised car was still in stock. Was told yes, and to come and see it now and the salesman (Brendon) would pull it out to see. Left immediately (live 23 miles away). Arrived at 11:55 and was told "oh, sorry, when I went to get the paperwork I was told the car sold last night". Seriously? You don't mark a $25,000 car SOLD in your system??? BS

Complete fraud

Unprofessional and untruthful with their business Patrice. Honda cars sale themself but this place is giving Honda a bad name, my experience is the worst it’s been over a month and they still have not paid my trade-in so I’m getting call from my previous loan that my car payment is late and it’s going to affect my credit. The loan deal on my new pilot come to find out is so bad that makes me mad!! Me and my wife are expecting our third child and they took advantage of us in a such a vulnerable Time. So heart broken with this experience I thought buying a Honda would be the right the decision, but so far it’s beem nothing but regret.

Honda of Hollywood was the first dealership i entered when searching for a new car. I was deciding between a used car or leasing a new one. I had an absolutely horrible experience. I expected the sales staff to be a bit pushy ( as all car salesmen are) however this was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I was on the verge of tears sitting at the desk because of the immense pressure they were putting on me. Being a young female I found the experience to be quite scary seeing as they would not let me leave. I will never set foot in this facility again.

Den of [non-permissible content removed]!!! Even if they send you a quote in writing and confirm it twice, once in the dealership, they would not honor it!!! Avoid!!!

Overprice and not friendly

I purchase a used honda fit a year ago. Instead of them providing the car fax and car information, I have to keep asking. Not only that they keep asking me for other service and other fees to the car and I said no as when adding these service and fees, it would basically cost as much as a new car. The owner of the dealership is not through in terms of the car information and also its reliability. If you are a first time buyer then do not go to this dealership. If you are a used or certified buyer then this is a not a good dealership as they never offer free warranty for used cars.
