We have a 2008 Range Rover Sport that we have been very pleased with. Livermore Land Rover has been the only place we have taken it for service. The other day we went out to start it, and it for the first try it would not start. we cleaned the battery terminal and presto it started, however, it was locked Park. No amount of pressure could get the gear shift lever to move. We called a tow truck to flat bed it into Livermore Land Rover for service. The tow truck operator tried to find the manual release lever, and couldn't. we called Livermore Land Rover, and even after their description over the phone we couldn't find it. So Ben, the Service Manager, got on the phone with us and tried to walk us through the location process, after 10 minutes still no success. Ben walked out to another 2008 Sport that had the console opened for something else and talked us through locating the manual release. It was simple once we found it. Loaded the car on the flat bed and took it in for repairs. In all Ben and his staff spent 30 plus minutes on the phone helping talk us through locating the release lever. Most service people would have left it to the tow truck operator, but not Livermore Land Rover. The car was repaired and back the next day. Ben and his team go beyond the extra mile. We could go to closer dealerships for service, Livermore is about an extra 30 minutes each way, but we are repeat customers because Ben and his team never fail to meet or exceed out expectations!
