Elderly Abuse

When I purchased my 2016 Mazda X-5 they told me my warranty was for 48 additional months and 50k additional miles. Well I just took it in for the air conditioning to get fixed and found out this store took advantage of my age and ripped me off. It only gave me to 50k miles on the vehicle, well my car at that point had 40,500 miles. They charged me 1795 for less than 10k miles of coverage. Now I am stuck with over 1K dollars in repairs as well as no additional coverage. The whole purpose of buying a warranty was so I would not be out of pocket with a big cost since I am on a fixed income. I am very disappointed in this store and service I was provided.

Messing up my credit

Went in on Friday they were going to run my credit score one time they ended up running it seven times now today is Sunday and they ran it three other times since Friday thank you for making my score go down
Mr. Nathan Houston Performance Review

In the past four years I have purchased 4 cars from Lancaster Honda. The first was in 2014, It was a Honda Insight. That's when I first met Mr. Nathan Houston. He was very helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. I have too say, it was the best experience out of all the cars I have purchased in the past twenty years. That's why I kept going back to Lancaster Honda and working with Nathan. The second car was in 2015, a Honda Accord. Worked with Nathan. The third was in 2016, another Honda Accord. Worked with Nathan. The fourth one was in 2017, another Honda Accord! Worked with Nathan! This year I'm planning to buy another car. I'm gonna be looking for Nathan! First time car owner

Jason Westburg assisted me with purchasing my first car, a 2013 Toyota Prius, and the service was excellent. He was very patient with both me and my mom, who doesn't speak English fluently. Jason did an amazing job at explaining car terms which made me feel confident in getting a car at this location. Nothing felt rushed nor did I feel obligated or pressured to purchase a car which I greatly appreciated.

Ricardo Gomez is a phenomenal salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and a total professional. Along with his team, Ray Agasang and Noe, they got me into the exact vehicle I wanted with the exact provisions I had in mind. All 3 of these gentlemen are masters of their craft and I would recommend anyone come buy a vehicle from these guys anytime.

Theodore Robinson a true Helpful Honda Guy! He opened the doors, answered all my questions 3 days in a row, took me on multiple test drives, never made me feel like he was pushing me into something I didnt want. He helped me focus on my needs and wants for a car and truly made car shopping a great experience. I was defeated and tearful car shopping prior to meeting him and finding my new Honda Accord Sport. Once I decided the process was so quick. Thank you for putting up with me and being so kind!!

This was my second time coming to Lancaster Honda. Both times I contacted Jordan Reaves. He was professional and curtious during the leasing/trading process. He was very knowledgeable about everything and did a great job explaining with complete detail. I would definitely recommend contacting Jordan Reaves at Lancaster Honda with all your car needs. He is amazing and will get you exactly what you want and are looking for in a car.

To start it was a great experience. The weather was hot and the crew at Honda Lancaster keep their clients hydrated with chilled water. Upon entering the driveway Le' Mark Hollenshed told us to park in the front and that's how the day got started. He then began to ask us what we were looking for and the whole nine yards. What stood out to me was that he wasn't there to just make a sale. He wasn't looking to upcharge everything either. He was actually trying to find the best deal as far as type of car and features at a price I wanted. The time at Honda was rather fun, especially driving the Accord on Sport mode. He lets you literally test the vehicle out which made it fun. I also left the dealership twice and both times he did not try to stop me or prolong me from leaving to get certain documents. He was a genuine character with a couple good laughs to share. Ray Rascon was also part of the laughter and enjoyment as he had a good few jokes. Ask Ray about any car and he'll tell you everything. I'm not kidding, the guy knows cars. My spouse also didn't have the documents readily available but Le'Mark pulled some strings to make sure we took the car home. He works with you and that's why it is 5 stars.

We purchased a used car and could not have had a better experience. After initially locating the car on the internet, I called and spoke with Jason Westburg who was readily available by telephone to answer any questions. Because of the distance we needed to travel to get to his dealership, Jason went out of his way to inspect the vehicle for us prior to our arrival. During and after the test drive we had every question we had answered by Jason. We highly recommend Jason to anyone in the market for a new or used car purchase. Jason was attentive, knowledgeable and very professional.
