We came in for a oil change on my explorer. We were greeted by Dustin and Leslie who showed us some vehicles. They traded our car in and lowered our payment on a new Sonata! They were great. The best experience!

I think I went to about, 3 other dealerships before I came across Gosch Hyundai. I did some online searching and I seen that they had the orangey color on a 2015 sonata that I was looking for. I went in and once I walked in that door, many people greeted me. I felt like I was walking into a place where friends and family were at! I don't rememember when it was the last time I laughed as hard as I laughed the day I walked into that place. Those sales men knew how to make my anxiety and neves of buying a new car calmly go down. They weren't pushy but instead gave me the information I needed and helped me get the best deal there was for me. Thanks again to my sales representative Sam! You really made my day! and my sonata is Fantastic! Super obsessed with it!

New car purchase

I had been all over the place looking for a car and every car salesman that I talked to always ignored my requests and just made my car shopping horrible. Until I went to Gosch Hyundai, I couldn't have picked a better place. Mario Zavala was the nicest consultant I ever met. He walked me through it all. I know nothing about cars and he was so good at explaining all my car questions. He found the perfect car for me. Thank you super Mario for making my car purchase as smooth as ice. I highly recommend Gosch dealership. Ask for Mario you won't regret it!! Thank you a million times!! I love my 2015 Hyundai Elantra!!!

Buyers Beware

Buyers beware! Gosch Auto Group uses false advertising to lure you into their showroom. In March, a month before my Subaru lease was up, I received a flyer from Gosch Auto Group stating that if I test drove one of their cars I would receive 12 months of free car washes, and if they bought my car, I would receive an iPad Air. Even though I had already contacted Costco Auto Sales and been referred to a Temecula Hyundai dealer, I visited the Gosch Hyundai dealer because I believe in supporting businesses where I live. I test drove a Veloster and within a few days I signed a lease with Gosch and they bought my car. I was told my car wash card and iPad would be forthcoming. After more visits and phone calls to the dealership than I can count, I finally was given a card for 12 free car washes. As far as the iPad was concerned, I have heard every lame excuse as to why I haven't yet received it, from "maybe we only order those quarterly" to "we can't find the paperwork". My phone calls have not been returned. Visits in person resulted in no follow-up. I finally emailed the contact person on their internet site, but even "Paul" who called did not follow through. I was told by "Paul" technically they did not buy my car, I traded it in. When I argued that they paid me more than the lease buy out and that I had not been told that at the time of the lease, his reaction was "I'll send someone over to Best Buy or Walmart I guess". I had said in my email to Gosch and my contact with Paul my deadline before going public would be the end of June. And here we are with no iPad. The iPad is not so much the issue anymore. It's become the principal of the whole thing now. I do not relish the car buying process on a good day. I have never had a good experience with car salesmen. But I thought I had found a good dealership with honorable employees. I was wrong. Don't go there.

Never Again

I started with contacting the internet dept thru and got a response from Mike J. Thru the process he quickly passed me over to Matt E., who ended up passing me over to Mickey R. I've purchased cars thru dealerships internet departments before, all very positive experiences...until now. I thought we had established an out-the-door price but this deal turned into lots of add-on's and attempts to upsale, etc, etc. Add-on's came from Mickey and they came from the finance dept, with each side claiming ignorance and blaming the other. You don't expect this thru the internet dept, but Gosch of Hemet clearly operates differently. The first red flag is when Mickey offers free gas and car washes for positive reviews. I give positive reviews when they are deserved and when the experiences have been positive, not when being bribed. Bad sign. It's also somewhat concerning when letters to four different people at Gosch, and to Hyundai's own review page have gone completely ignored. By the way, our first visit to the dealership in this experience one of our trio of salesmen warned us to come quickly inside and tell them you are here to meet someone in the internet dept to keep the sales hounds on the lot at bay. He couldn't have been more right. We were pounced on the second we got out of the car, and again 2 more times before we got into the door, and a few more times when we looked at cars outside while waiting. Pretty ridiculous. This place is the worst kind of stereotypical old-school car lot with pressure, manipulation and dishonesty. I hope all dealerships internet dept's aren't starting to use the same methods as these guys.

Distinguishing one business from another through all the advertising hype that pervades our world is a tiring adventure. Many companies claim superiority because of low prices or unparalleled service. Withstanding the test of promotion is the axiom, "People want to do business with people, not companies." Whenever someone does an outstanding job, it's imperative to recognize his or her extra effort. I had the pleasure recently doing business with Gene,His easy going style, diligence and professionalism have reassured Me that there are companies that fulfill their promises. Human nature normally responds only when things go wrong. For this reason, I write to give your company, and Gene a big pat on the back. I hope this dedication typifies your company. Mike was our salesperson at Gosch Hyundai in Hemet, CA. He sold us a 2013 Azera, which we absolutely love. Mike went over the car in detail and took us for two test drives. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a salesperson for a Hyundai in southern California.

After talking with a couple of other Hyundai dealers, I decided to lease my Sonata from Gosch. Had a great experience with Mark and Pete. They lived up to everything they said. Made things easy for me. Paperwork was prepared in advance and the deal was exactly what they said it would be. I will go back to this dealership when looking for another car and would recommend them to my friends.

My husband and I highly recommend Gosch Hyundai if you're in the market to purchase a new car. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease and quickness we experienced while purchasing our new Hyundai Sonata. The staff were friendly and helpful, from our sales consultant, to the finance person, to the new car technician who reviewed the manuals and special features in the vehicle with us.
