Avoid this place at all cost!!! Drive, hitchhike, take a plane or a train do what ever you have to do, to not shop at Lithia. My wife and myself took a used 2006 honda hybrid for a test drive on saturday Dec.29,1012 while driving down the 41 northbound past the Friant exit the car started wobbling only a little at first, I asked the sales rep who is driving, is it windy outside or is it the car? I tell him it does not look windy outside, by this point the car is swaying back and forth taking up both lanes of the 41 freeway. All the meanwhile my wife is in the backseat praying out-loud "please lord protect this car, please guide us safely lord Jesus" as the sales rep tried to slow the car it then really began to wobble and shake very violently taking up both lanes. Once on the side of the freeway we checked out the tires of the vehicle which both rear tires almost completely empty. The spare empty too. What happened to a vehicle inspection on behalf of the dealer, almost killed a military veteran and his wife and everyone acts like nothing happened, nobody said anything. I even helped put the spare on!!!!! Customer service???? There is none....

First and foremost, I want to apologize for your recent visit to our dealership, and I am happy to hear that all occupants of the vehicle were safe. Upon hearing of this incident, we immediately did what we could to remedy the issue following Lithia protocol and sent an employee to pick up both you and your wife and bring you back to the dealership. I can assure you that safety is the main priority of all employees as we discuss regularly in our safety meetings. All our vehicles are thoroughly inspected in our service department before they are put on our lot, unfortunately, however there are issues that do arise after the inspection, which are out of our control. My sincerest apologies again, that you and your wife endured such an incident. Regards, Rick Vidal
