The car shopping process isn't always the easiest, but Radford at BMW is truly one of a kind. I have completed all of my car transactions from him in the last 14 years and every time he makes it a fun, easy, luxury experience. He truly wants what is best for you and goes above and beyond to make sure of that. I have went to other dealerships, but nothing compares to the treatment I receive from Radford and l'm thrilled with my new 2024 X3 M40i. Boris also was great with informing me of all the new tech with the app and car! My parents, sisters, friends, and I will continue to come back to BMW fresno and of course the fabulous cars.

I would like to thank Radford and the whole team at BMW Fresno for making my buying experience so easy and enjoyable! This was my 1st time purchasing a car on my own and they made the process so quick and I did not feel intimidated or pressured. They not only worked with my trade in and credit issues but gave me the most incredible deal without the car buying "game". For a single female the car buying experience can seem overwhelming, however Radford and his team were so kind and helpful. They explained everything and didn't try to take advantage of my lack of car buying knowledge. They gave me the competitive trade in and worked to make my financing reasonable. The whole process went so smoothly! Redford made me feel so empowered and was genuinely happy for me! He topped the whole deal off with a ceremonial big red bow on my car when the sale was complete! for anyone looking for a car, BMW Fresno is the dealership to visit! M50i X5 surprise!

My wife and I stopped in to test drive an X5, and met with Radford. Probably the best sales associate I've dealt with in the sense there was never a hint of pressure at any moment, and his demeanor is an instant friend. I contribute that to his Aloha upbringing! He patiently showed us the X5, M850i and finally the combo of those 2 in the M50i X5. Needless to say once we test drove that we almost did not return to do paperwork! So much fun to drive. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Fresno BMW and Radford, as well as Hayden their finance guru. Thank you guys so much!
