Bought my first hybrid car ever a new 2024 Honda sport touring. They didn’t have it in stock at this location so they made some calls and made it happen. Felt very special lol. Sales guy (Adeem) friend vibe is very insightful about hybrids showed me all functionality on test drive. Made it comfortable to ask any questions. Manager (Sopheap) big sister vibe who got your back, made the paper work smooth and came to a sweet deal. The warranty guy smart uncle vibe, but he explained all the warranty, services, why and why not scenarios. Overall I had a great experience and I left satisfied with my purchase.

I've purchased two cars from this dealership, trading in the previously purchased one for the newly purchased one. I came into the dealership knowing which car I wanted to end up with and worked with the sales person, Jesus on the purchase. They were helpful and patient with the car purchase, which I appreciated. I got to finance through my own bank through rate negotiations and the process was pleasant. Like many dealerships, seal off some time to spend here to complete your purchase.

Sales Associate George Heorhi is a straight shooter no BS sales guy who will take an extra length to fully complete the smooth sale. I like Autonation sales price structure so no pressure but keep an eye out on dealers add-on and sneaky line on invoice. Will definitely come to see George when on market for a car.

Super nice and professional staff, I had my car fixed there for some recalls and trunk leak issues, Nathan/Vansh/Ben were instrumental in the process and always kept me updated. When something unexpected happened, Nathan was there to help me out trying everything he can. I really appreciate their help and will go again definitely.

I had a very positive experience in this dealership. The entire staff was friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Mr Sayed and Nidim ( Finance guy ) if you want one of the best customer service experiences. All transactions throughout my time here were smooth and efficient. Both workers were highly professional and were great at what they did. If you’re looking for a new car I would highly recommend visiting this dealership.

Professional and Polite Sales

I first read online about Fremont Auto Nation Honda website since they are a Costco approved dealer. I made appointment after getting many satisfactory answers to my questions about vehicles and pricing. I didn’t want my vehicle for about six weeks for finance reasons. Then, I learned I could secure a new vehicle still be built but scheduled for delivery about the time I wanted. Salesperson explained each step in explicit detail. Process was very reassuring. As it turned out, my car arrived a couple weeks early. So I decided to use Honda Finance. So easy and affordable! Besides receiving my Costco pricing, I got a $500 Honda rebate and $500 Veterans credit. Everyone in Sales and Finance were very polite with no pressure tactics. We were very impressed and pleased with our purchase at Fremont Auto Nation Honda.

Amazing service!

All I have to say is the service was amazing my rep Tyler was on top of things and following up with me often. And shout out to the Amen sales rep and I forgot the guy who finalized the loan but that extended Veritas warranty saved me big money repairs were 5K I paid $200 deductible only and they went above and beyond to lend me a loaner car while the repairs were being done. If you’re going to buy a Honda definitely head here to Fremont. And thank you JT the manager to throwing in the all season mats I definitely appreciate it!
