My husband and I recently bought a 2024 GLE450 from a dealership where the experienced salesperson, Sean Roslon, was very patient and knowledgeable about cars. We were impressed by his expertise and will definitely consider buying another car from him in the future. I live in San Diego, but Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch was the only dealership that had the car that I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday morning my wife and I visited the MBZ of Foothill Ranch with zero expectations, we were surprised to encounter unbelievable service from folks that we never met before, such as Aaron Chen our salesman, Mossy Kashani the Sales Manager, and their entire staff. They simply listened to our needs and matched our desire to our economic condition. Truly hassle-free, no pressure, going out of their way to please people whom they had never met before. They have a great culture in place and will have our future vehicle needs under MBZ brand. Just great folks and great service.

Zane Ma was professional, kind and very thorough while meeting all of my needs totally to my satisfaction… He delivered to me a gorgeous new Mercedes! Thank you, Zane! Colin Jones in finance was so friendly, explained everything and even re-worked numbers that I asked for at the last minute so I could make the most informed decision possible…We shared some stories that we had in common and he couldn’t have been more accommodating… Thank you, Colin! I really couldn’t ask for more from everyone at this dealership, so much so, that I would make the drive from Palm Springs to Mercedes-Benz at Foothill Ranch to do business again!!!

Can’t recommend the team enough at Mercedes Foothill Ranch. This was my first time at this dealership, but definitely not my last. Excellent experience from beginning to end. My salesman was Drew Jencks, and I couldn’t have been better hands. Answered all my questions about the car I wanted, then went to bat for me with management. He’s honest, friendly and professional. I never felt pressured to make a decision that wasn’t right for me. Easy experience in Finance too, with Anthony.

Kevin Kozeniesky stayed in touch with me from the moment I showed interest on the car. He worked with me over the phone and through text messages. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with sincerity. Working with Kevin was an absolute pleasure. We arrived at a fair price for the vehicle. I felt he had my best interest in mind - wasn’t pushy or aggressive. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, he was very professional. Kevin made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car.
