The communication from Tommy was so helpful and calming. He made my stressful situation easy and was very informative on my car. He made the process so easy and I was confident in Folsom Lake Ford to take care of my car. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly as well. By living 2 hours away, I would still choose coming here over any other ford dealership based on my experience.

I bought a 2020 explorer from Lexus of Sacramento the week prior to needing service. I saw on the CARFAX report Folsom ford had worked on the car in March same year. I called to find out exactly what was repaired and spoke with Brigitte. She was able to squeeze me in the following week. I met with Brigitte and received awesome customer service. Definitely will be working with Folsom ford for future service on my explorer

Everything went pretty smooth from the time I arrived to the time I drove off in my new Maverick. I also received a full walkthrough of the vehicle and an explanation of all the features installed which was great. I was at the dealership for roughly 3hrs which is considerably less than the last time I purchased a vehicle at a different location in 2018.
