Elisha W. was my sales rep when I made my E-Class purchase. He was very attentive and was able to order the car I wanted. He followed up with me every step of the way until I finally got my car. If I purchase another MBZ I will definitely purchase it from Elisha.
SLK 300

Iam a return customer and purchased an SLK 300 coupe.The car is everything we had hoped for. I think it is important that you work with the right people so I would highly recommend Elisha Watkins. Each time we come in, he works his tail off to make the transaction and overall sales experience perfect. He is good people and has become a trusted friend.

Great Experience Buying a Car

I had a hassle-free experience buying a new car from Fairfield Mercedes. Diego Cueva was my salesman and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He spent several hours with me going over all of the different models and the features of each. He knew all the answers to my questions. I got a GLC300 coupe and I am very happy with my purchase.

Yes, I couldnt be happier with my purchase at Fairfield. I had to come from out of their area to find the "Black" C63s I was looking for. With the Help of Tara who answered my call to the Sales Dept, I was able to see pictures of the car and then do all the paperwork on their website. They discounted the car without me asking to what I felt was a very fair price and I drove up for the delivery. Very quick and easy delivery in a nice and friendly dealership. Thank you, Tara!!

No, not the king of pop, but most definitely a king of customer service! Efficient, Pleasant, & Professional Experience

Led by their Direct/Internet Sales Manager Marie Q, they earned our business versus the other MB dealerships we inquired about based on her very prompt, courteous, and no nonsense dealing. It was meant to be that the GLK model we prefer are in their lot already compared to the others still being researched upon and/or coming off the ship but still if not for their efficiency including the financial part of the transaction, we closed the deal in less than a 48-hour timeframe (having test-drove a similar GLK in another dealership the previous week), and even on a Sunday during her day-off! It was a great buying experience for our very first Mercedes Benz!
