I walked in and automatically was greeted by Juan Colon with great personality and eager to help. Made me feel at ease right away. Then after a few hours and being constantly checked on to make sure I was at ease while I waited, I got the good news that I was approved. They made the process easy and gladly took my trade in. Iâve been leasing four new cars in the last 8 years from Mark Lee, a fleet manager at this dealer. Such an honest and hassle-free salesperson. I give him a call, he gives me the rate, and I sign the paper. Simple as that. I donât bargain with him because I know itâs the best deal.

Certified Used Nissan Frontier

Found an advertisement for the truck I wanted on Cars.com. I work down the road from the dealership so called right away, talked to Ricky Avelar on the phone and he set me up with an appointment for that night. Ricky even stayed late that night to help me out. He gave me the price I wanted and helped me get great financing, just as good as my bank. (I have good credit). Truck was exactly what I wanted and I took it home that night, a week later I noticed a few small problems with the truck. Stitching coming apart on one of the seats and water in my 3rd brake light. Took it right back and Ricky made sure the service department fixed all the problems for free, even explained a few things about the truck I didn't know, so I left with greater knowledge of my truck and all of my concerns fixed. Would have given them a 5 star rating, but I had to pay for a parts etching service I didn't really want, but Ricky helped me out with this too and gave it to me for 80%+ off.

service depart ok give it about a 5. sales NOPE we bought a 2012 truck new we spend 9 hrs dealing back & forth finally we took the truck 1. we where issued a cheap finance company with an extremely high interest 2. the price that we were given was extremely over priced for a basic style truck. bottom line i would never go buy anything at this dealer ever. we were stupid we should have stop after an hour of dealing with them. do your research before you walk in there to buy a car i know for a fact i would NEVER go back to their sales department.

Amazing Deal and Buying Experience

Patricia (Patty) was amazing. She was so patient and showed me around 10 different cars with a smile. She answered all my questions. First I did a test drive. I looked at 3-4 different cars. Then I settled on a color, model and the options I wanted and we started talking about the cost and paperwork. In the middle of negotiations and paperwork I wanted to see more cars with and without some of the options and she went back looked up her inventory and showed me cars with and without options. She was happy to help and show me any car. I took at least a couple hours looking at the cars again after the negotiation began. She is a gem. The sales people at Downey Nissan don't try to sell you a car and get you of the door. They let you take the time and decide for yourself without them breathing down your neck. I definitely would recommend you to go and try Downey Nissan if you can.
