Had my car delivered to my credit union.. first time out of the several cars bought in my lifetime, that a new car is delivered dusty and dirty; usually dealer has the car washed before giving to customer.

Our experience buying a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban was nothing short of fantastic! My husband and I are no strangers to the car buying process and we both agree that Connell Chevrolet is the best we have experienced. Brig Rodriguez was our sales man and he never pressured or tried to up sell us. I worked with Brig for a week communicating back and forth trying to find the exact vehicle we wanted and he delivered. He always answered his phone and even text messages from me right away. We will definitely go back to Connell Chevrolet for our next purchase.

We just bought a truck from Connell Chevrolet. Matt Tupa was our sales person. He was friendly, professional, honest and easy to work with. The overall purchasing process was painless. The finance manager, Apryl, did a great job answering our many, many questions. We drove over 100 miles to purchase this truck and it was definitely worth the drive. I live out of state and ordered a new 2016 Corvette Stingray Z-51 from Tim over the phone. What a fantastic experience! This was a referral from a friend. Word of mouth advertising works! Best car buying experience I ever had. Tim matched the big East Coast dealer prices for me. No hassles, no bargaining whatsoever. Truly the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I flew into Orange County to pick the car up and drive it home to Carson City, NV. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Mike made sure that I knew how to operate everything on the car before I left. That process took over an hour. Very thorough briefing and Mike is very patient! Connell Chevrolet is a top notch dealership and deserves all five stars. I’ll never go anywhere else to buy a car again! Be sure to ask for Tim Connell! He’s the BEST!

Went to true car .com big mistake sent to Simpson in GG , put deposit down there got the run around on vet , got my deposit back and stop in at Connell and met with Tim Connell , even though I paid more the personal service was out standing got my car built and delivered in 6 weeks at less ! No run around totally professional .

Better Service and Better Deal

I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership trying to find a Tahoe with the features we wanted and get good terms on a purchase or lease. After the other dealership kept dragging its feet and giving me partial information forcing me to continue to follow up with the same questions multiple times, I contacted Matt at Connell and he immediately gave me the terms I wanted and agreed to beat the terms already offered. He took care of everything immediately and I drove off with the Tahoe we wanted on the same day. I'd recommend Connell to family or friends looking for good service and a good deal.

My family recently purchased a used suburban from Connell. We identify quickly it was in need of repairs, and Connell is taking care of everything. On top of this, our vehicle won't be ready for our first family trip so they are lending us a suburban making our Christmas and new years vacation possible. We have had honest, courteous and fabulous service. We highly recommend Connell Chevrolet- they go above and beyond even on a smaller, used car deal. When first looking at different dealerships, Connell was the first to reach out to me. Compared to the other dealerships (even those closer to me), I was treated much better at Connell Chevrolet. I spoke with Matt T. from the start and was very much satisfied. He was very helpful to get me into the car that I wanted and never rushed or pushed me in the wrong direction.
