Lehmers GMC located in Concord California is one of the oldest GMC dealerships in the country. Definitely one of the oldest that is still open. This dealership must be close to 100 years old now. It was horrible They don’t greet you They don’t explain anything about your car. They even added to much oil to the transmission. I need to go back to them to let them know

Expensive oil change

Service was fine, however the price for an oil change, tire rotation, and courtesy inspection is $100, and now they only offer $10 off coupons instead of the $20. Plus I was never given the sheet that said what they found on the inspection, so I have no clue if there was anything requiring attention.

My wife and are more than pleased with the service we received when purchasing my new GMC Sierra. Ron Sadler was referred by my employer and trusted Co workers and he did not disappoint. I was never pushed or rushed into making a decision and when my wife and I asked for some time to discuss our options he gladly let us do that. Even when his phone rang he never took the call and stayed attentive to us. Not the typical salesman or dealership.

Overpriced for simple procedure

The quality of service is always excellent at Lehmers. But I find their service to be over-costly. All I needed was to replace the glass in the passenger side mirror (I had already purchased the mirror from the dealership). It pulls off and snaps on. That's it. And for that and to replace a little plastic retainer on the front console, I was charged their $150 standard. I should have taken it to a local mechanic who would have done the whole thing for $25.

Lehmer's Buick/GMC is worth the drive!

Ron Kaell was the first salesperson to reach out to me when I first started researching to find the right vehicle, dealership, and price. Great vibe and super helpful right out the gate but I put Ron & Lehmer's on the back burner during the majority of my search because I did not want to have to drive the 40 miles to Concord (opposite direction from where I commute to work, too!). But after a lot of digging, and some really disrespectful and snobby treatment from the local Livermore GMC store, I decided to call Ron after I made my decision. I could not have made a better choice! Ron and the team at Lehmer's are fantastic! They are straight forward, friendly, and they follow through with their commitments (unlike Dublin dealership!). Do yourself (and me =) a favor--especially if you live in the Tri-Valley: stop by Dublin GMC/Buick to take test drives as needed (after all, they are local). But when it's time to pull the trigger, go visit Lehmer's and see what they can do for you--you will not be disappointed!
