Pleasurable experience with the Internet Department

With all the current incentives on the Altima Hybrid including the tax credit, low financing & my work place bank of america chipping in too - the opportunity was too good to pass up on. I went to my local dealer to get a first hand view & drive the hybrid. I was shocked to see a markup sticker & my salesman said it was a negotiating point. I left in a rush & used Edmunds to get a quote on the vehicle. 3 dealers responded but the concord dealer was the very first to email. The email contained the price of the vehicle along with details of the financing which caught my attention. The 2 other dealers did call but nobody was willing to give me a price. I finally got a price from one of the dealers & upon comparing the two, concord's was cheaper plus they were very quick in their response. I spoke to the internet manager at the store & set up a time to come drive the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was washed & ready to go. We went over the paperwork & vehicle in a matter of 90 odd minutes & off I was. I would definately recommend them & you must see the internet manager there. His name is shawn. He knew everything about the vehicle & went over the vehicle throughly. Since the sale they have called me three times to ensure my satisfaction. Couldnt be happier with my purchase & my place of purchase.
