First of all, as a new potential Chevrolet customer, it was fairly efficient exchanging emails with the sales consultant that I worked with. So I set an appointment with that person at Stewart Chevrolet to examine the car I've expressed interest in buying. On the day of the appointment, I approached a man asking for the person I had set an appointment with but was told that this person was out sick. First of all, I had not gotten an email saying she won't be in the office or to reschedule my appointment whatsoever. Second, on top of being "stood up", we were told that the car that we've expressed interest into was already sold over the weekend. Obviously, I was beyond horrified.

My "loaded" 2017 Volt, delivered July 13 '17, was not equipped as promised, absent the Adaptive Cruise Control that I specified from the moment I walked into their dealership. Despite repeated assurances that it was, indeed, included, it turned out, after nearly a week of experiments and searches, that it was not. Jonathan Bruyn, the Sales Manager, confirmed that yesterday (7/28/17), then proceeded to lie to me about everything else: I never made such a specification, no one at the dealership had heard of it, I wrecked "his" car (the very one I am driving, without a scratch on it), that Mike had gone over the car with me line-by-line (totally false), and on it goes. Sad, even pathetic story, as everything else about this car is fine - they just refused to correct their mistake. Bottom line: go somewhere else, don't have business with these people.
