Sweet ride!

No haggle prices. I purchased a pre owned Cadillac with some original warranty still on the vehicle. Adam the sales rep was a delight to work with. I noticed a scratch on the door and he immediately went to his manager and he told me it would be taken care of. Great price no pressure to add on any extras, they offer them but don't push it. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Adam even drove my new car home. Fantastic experience all around.

The Toyota Team, especially Ray, work with you to put you in the car YOU want. Never felt pressure from any of them. They were patient and accommodating until i was 100% sure i was getting the best car for me and the price i could feel comfortable about. I think they were genuinely happy for me as they handed me the Keys to my 2024 Rav4 Hybrid. It’s one beautiful ride!! Thank you Toyota Team and to Ray who takes his time to build a relationship with his customers.

Unpleasant

Good morning Auto Nation , thanks for reaching out to me. My experience was not the best. First of all, the day I purchased the vehicle I spent about 3.5 hours waiting for the whole process, I think it was ridiculously a long period of time knowing already what vehicle I needed and the cost of it. Secondly, the financing department guy who did all the financing numbers didn’t show any signs of empathy, I told him that I needed to go my bank and complete all the paperwork so I can send back the check and he goes like “ well you only 72 hours and your time is running now. I live in San Diego, so I told him that by the time I get home my bank would be closed, he didn’t show any interest. And lastly, my car was given without floor mats . Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Friendly service advisors, not so good service

Although the service people were friendly, I was not fully satisfied with the service. There was no communication until I contacted the advisor regarding my car. I had took it to get the brakes done and I waited over 6hrs just for brakes.

Poor Customer Service

I took my Toyota Camry for service. I made an Express Appointment and was told it would take 2-3 hours. They were going to do an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. I told them I would wait and was told it should take an hour when making the appointment. Up front the service advisor Anthony asked if I wanted the recommended air filter changed I declined. His attitude changed I barely could hear what he was was saying. He was so unfriendly to the point of being rude. When I picked up car their was pictures that was sent to me and I said I’ll make an appointment to have the service done. He gave me my paperwork I said thank you and he said, him nothing in return. I won’t ever buy a car from this dealer again. I looked at the service advisor next to Anthony he had the same personality.

I wanted a Camry Hybrid and many dealers were charging over MSRP or adding ridiculous levels of extra features. I worked with Brian Columbia (sales associate) and he really did an excellent job. I went to this dealership, and they put my name for the car i wanted, and while i waited, Brian kept me in the loop through the entire process. They didn't pressure me into things i didn't want, nor crank the price over MSRP. When my vehicle arrived , the deal was exactly what they promised! It was painless and a no pressure sales experience. I would recommend them to a friend or family. i would return here for my next vehicle.

Double the wait time

I dropped off my car for an appointment (5000 mile service) and was told an hour and a half. I clarified that it would be ready by 2 hours (to give flexibility and understand things happen). At the three hour mark I went to ask someone and got a rude response. I explained it had been double the time and I had somewhere to be she finally looked up my car to check in. She could not find it in the system and took about 5 min calling the back. They then said it would be ready in 15 to 20 min. On the slip it shows in time at about 5 min after I talked to the lady at the desk. She said I should have knowm who my service advisor was when she was trying to locate my car. I was never given a name or paper when I checked in, just the service guy came to my car and took information and gave estimate. No one apologized and said it was normal for that happen.
