This was the first time I feel like a salesperson at a dealership actually listened to what I wanted. Also he didn’t try to upsell me, he helped me find what I was looking for in my budget. It didn’t take all that long for us to be there in all honestly. The great service person who helped us was Joseph Jorge, I will let everyone know to come to this dealership and see him for a good price on a car.

Mikey me ayudo con la compra de mi carro desde el primer dia que llegue me pregunto que si queria ver el carro y solo el le dije que estabamos viendo el insistio un poco pero acedimos y fue cuando me enamore de mi carro. dijimos que volveriamos tal vez no lo creyo pero despues de dos semanas regresamos por el carro.. Gracias por el costumer service Mikey solo me quedaron deviendo mi vaso de Honda 😂 chiste..

Purchased my CR-V here and everything went super smoothly! I prefer to communicate online/over phone first before coming into the dealership (to save everyone's time) and some dealerships pressure you to come in, but Carson Honda did not do that at all. All communication with Tim happened smoothly over email/phone and when I went in to look at/buy the car, Erick helped me and everything was prepped and ready, I test drove the car, loved it, did the necessary paperwork and I was off on my way! Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was very knowledgeable, personable and none of them never pressured me to buy anything I did not want. Really positive experience.

Just returned from service after sale of car. Love the car however was promised a complementary fuel refill for my return visit for services negotiated at time of sale. I was refused this after service was performed and was told that they could not honor this because the had sold the car at a loss. . . Did not think that $74.25 would hurt them. Financially. What bothers me is the fact that I didn't like feeling that I was trying to take advantage when I just wanted what was promised in negotiations.
