Best Car Purchasing Experience

If you are going to buy a car, do your research online to understand what you want to buy, test drive and get the online quotes. As the title suggests, I had the best car buying experience and getting the online quote to purchase my car was the most expedient way to get what I wanted. Many years ago, I bought my other Acura at Mike Harvey and didn’t have a good customer experience, got jerked around, but in the end, I got the car after 4+hours of back and forth, those 4 hours were a complete waste of time and caused a lot of frustration. When I recall that customer experience, I was not looking forward to buying another car. But Brandon Feng at Mike Harvey Acura changed everything and fortunately, this time around, it was a completely different experience and getting the online quote is the only way to go. Brandon Feng was my Internet sales specialist and handled the first interaction to the last as seamless as possible and I would refer anyone to him. He was professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and honest. I don’t know what happened in the other review. Mike Harvey Acura provided the lowest Internet quote in the greater Bay Area. Once I got the price, they handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and while they detailed the car, we went to lunch. The car was ready before our lunch was served – talk about fast and efficient. Went back to the dealer to finalize the paperwork and spent about an hour doing paperwork – again, nothing like my previous car purchase. I was happy, I had my new car and felt completely supported in the purchase, customer experience and very impressed with Brendan and the whole process. Again, in the day and age of online buying especially a high ticket item as a new car, I had a delightful customer experience - something rare to experience as I see it. Other dealers & car sales people can learn a thing or two in taking care of their clients in the way Brandon did.
