Run AWAY from Audi of Beverly Hills. In March I purchased an Audi e-Tron from this dealership and during my test drive I asked my sales associate why the range was so low on a 200 mile range car (It was showing 89-90miles) They said “oh it’ll correct itself after you drive it some more.” After purchasing the car and one day of driving it still was showing remarkably low range and at one point it went from 50% to 25% right away and I was given a warning to recharge the car. I found the previous owners insurance and registration in the car as well as their home address and garage door saved in the infotainment. I had to take it to the service center the next day to figure out what is wrong with the battery. Fast forward 36+ days, the car is STILL in the service, my sales manager and associate refuse to return my call and I’ve just been told “I have to wait till the car is repaired.” The service department keeps informing me that they are working on the car, but at this point I have zero faith the car will be repaired. I have made payments on the car, as well as gotten the license plate and car registration, for a car that is not in my operation. I didn’t buy an EV to get a gas loaner car to drive around putting gas in a 20 gallon SUV at 6 bucks a gallon. I have retained a lemon law attorney as I believe the car they sold me was defective in the first place and no one wanted to say anything. Go to a different Audi dealer, it’ll save you heartache, money and time. I have let all my friends, family, co workers know, just go elsewhere since clearly what they say they care about on their website, they do not. They just want a fast buck. Also if you’ve already leased or purchased an Audi from there, remember to clear your personal identifiable information out of your car because they can’t be bothered to look in the glove box nor will they do any inspections of the car thereafter when you return or sell it to them.

Be careful w/ Audi Beverly Hills on end of lease buyout-overpriced warranty

Watch out for Fletcher Jones Beverly Hills Audi when making an end of lease purchase of your vehicle for residual value. They will try to shove you into an overpriced extended warranty product in exchange for doing you the “favor” of not charging you $400 for handling the payoff and DMV transfer of title. Three [non-permissible content removed] I encountered were Johanna Felchlin, Jessica Levi and Greg Arouchanov. They tried to sell me a 5-year 75k mile extended warranty for $4,300. I declined and shopped around and found essentially the same warranty from Select Auto Protect for $2450, [contact info removed] and with a $50 deductible vs. Audi’s $100.

The service department at Audi Beverly Hills is efficient, clean, prompt, and reliable. For me personally, the best aspect of the entire service experience is my longtime service advisor, Carlos Lazo. Carlos has taken excellent care of both Audis I have had serviced at Audi Beverly Hills. He's the best!

I want to start out by saying they were so easy to deal with and I was a little worried because they're in Beverly Hills. But there is absolutely nothing to worry about they didn't overcharge me and they thoroughly went through all my options of what I canning cannot do and how to operate the vehicle and what would be the best purchase option. Overall experience for all intents purposes was darn awesome.

Wow!! This Service center is the BEST! Carlos, Joe (parts) and others were incredibly helpful in a very stressful situation. They went above and beyond to get our car fixed quickly and help us save as much money as possible. I’m so impressed with this place. They are honest and thorough and did great work.
