Used to dream of having a Silverado

8 times for a infotainment system problem they can’t find (sent videos of the problem and internet stories of others having the same problems) and won’t fix it. Lost all will for what once was my favorite brand. 13 years as a mechanic in the army if anyone had brought me a problem more than twice I’d be embarrassed to give them back a vehicle without finding the problem.

Service review

This was a very long and frustrating experience to be honest. I took my vehicle a total of 5 different times in a months time over the same issue. I will be having to take the vehicle back 1 more time to get the issue finally completed/fixed (hopefully). This experience all started with not having a rental car available the 1st time I took it in for service because they needed to check if the extended warranty would cover the repairs and rental. The rental was approved by I was told use the vehicle for everyday use to and from work etc. but I was told that that the rental is only good for 40 miles a day and my work is 30 miles one way so having to try and figure transportation to and from work for days at time added to my frustrations. I also got a call about needing an oil change on the 3rd time I took my I vehicle in I would have figured at that point it would have been done as a courtesy for all my troubles. I’m really hoping that this experience is over with but as I stated earlier I do need to take my vehicle in 1 more time so we will see.

The department response excellent, but problem not solved ?

I was told my problem required multiple steps as per GM guidelines and I could have to come back, as promised the problem still exists which wouldn't be so bad as the dealership has gone above and beyond to address the inconvenience of my living two hours away, however a four hour round trip now for the 3 Rd time is frustrating

Chevy Silverado 2017

I went to look at Colorado's. Smaller than what I thought. Already had a Silverado. I LOVE this truck. Bought one with 20 inch wheels. Sets higher than old one. Loaded with just about everything you could want. Do a lot of in town driving, uses gas, but on highway doesn't. So smooth. Handles well, has power. Sounds good. Wanted Sirius Radio. Love it.

My wife and I needed more Truck, Towing Capacity and Power as we are using our Travel Trailor. I owned a 2013 Ram 1500 and went to Ram to upgrade, however, the salesmen I had purchased from before was unwilling to help. We made 1 call to Three Way Chevrolet and bought our HD 2500 Duramax the same day. Our Salesman (Jay) and the Sales Manager (Mike) treated us like royalty and continue to deliver the best Customer experience we have ever had. Very disappointed, Again no follow through!!

My truck that I purchased from 3 way in February had been waiting for recalled hitch receiver, due bill-touch up paint and then missing lugg nut lock key so tires can be rotated.!! Still waiting for dealership to return calls

lousy place dont go there

every single time i have to go there for car recall, the next day or within a few hours, something goes wrong with car. its obvious they are making more work for themselves. I had a water pump leak everywhere, took it to pep boys, said water pump shot, called 3 way, towed it over told them pep boys said water pump, oh we have to look ourselves lol $130 later, guess what its the water pump. then said even though was recalled for water pump issues 3 years ago, it wasn't defective. place is a scam, stay away, you have been warned.

Check engine light

Took in my truck for a check engine light. Was never contacted by the dealership to let me know what was going on. 3 days later I call and all they could tell me is the part is on backorder. I got my truck back it isn't fixed yet 2 weeks later and I can't smog it because the check engine light is on. Horrible communication by the dealership and GM never contacted me back after I called GM direct and escalated the issue. Horrible would never buy a GM vehicle again

Incomplete Service

Took my truck in for "included oil change / Tire rotation" twice they did not do the tire rotation but said they did! No excuse other than we have a process problem to ensure the work was actually done. They couldnt find the other problems I took my truck in for, however, I was able to research and find Service Bulletins that actually describe mt problems...im not even a trained technician and I can figure it out.
