The reason I conducted business at Hardin GMC-Buick, for the first time, was Jim Keys. The Acadia Denali is the 4th vehicle I have leased or purchased from Jim in the last 8 years. Jim is the consummate professional, who always goes the extra mile to meet and exceed my car buying "wants and needs." Jim's product expertise, salesmanship, creativity, resourcefulness and courtesy enable him to stand out among his peers. I applaud Hardin GMC-Buick for (recently) recruiting Jim to join your team. Also, I was very pleased with Garrett (last name ?) in finance - he processed the transaction in a highly professional, pleasant and efficient manner.
