Sold us a used car and told us the problems that were pointed out during the test drive were fixed. They were not. Dealership wouldn't return calls about the car just a couple days after purchase. We finally got it in for a service appointment and now we have been asked to pick up the car because they don't have time to look at it and don't service ford vehicles. I can't get a manager on the phone. No response to emails. This car did not pass their "inspection" with it's current mechanical problems. Untrustworthy dealership. Doesn't honor their word. Doesn't return calls. Sells cars that haven't passed inspection.

Dealership lack the transparency for a customer to make informed decisions. Misinform on lower trim models and treat as the ‘premium/limited’ model. Will markup and add dealer options (~$12K+). If pre-approved from another bank, finance will force you to use their (higher interest rate) financing and indicate that you must make 3 payments before refinancing. Finance will make the ultimate delay for you to know your car loan account to make payments (or refinance/payoff) AND delay providing you the necessary paperwork to pay tax / register your car. Look up Yo-Yo sale which is illegal in AR. Imagine if the Dealer’s bank did not approve your loan (or the bank disbursing the funds) after driving off the lot, are your hands tied to return the car? How about getting your car repossessed since you do not know where / who / what bank to pay? Lastly, how can you enjoy a car that you haven’t paid taxes (and will accrue interest/penalties) if you cannot register the car under YOUR name? Are you willing to spend $, time, and energy dealing with McLarty? This experience prompt me and my family to NOT purchase Toyota in the near future. I’d rather do a direct-to-consumer transaction with Tesla! Thank you for the life experience McLarty!

I sailed into McLarty one day last week with a busted radiator and in a panic! My car was smoking:( The service people were wonderful, especially Roger Green, who calmly got me started on getting help for my Camry. I live in Searcy, so he took me over to April who kindly helped me get a rental car at a good rate. Roger called me the next morning with a report of what needed to be done. It was ready that day, but I had to come on Saturday to pick it up. I was so very grateful for the help. My car is running smoothly again! Thanks to the hands on people who worked on my car, too:)

Bought new car, refused to give me ALL signed paperwork until check cleared. As of today, 5 months later, many phones calls and I still have not got my papers. Have been told they will be mailed, will be emailed.

We recently bought a used vehicle from McClarty Toyota in North Little Rock. It was a car for my teenage son. This can often be a stressful time, but not with the staff at McClarty!! They were knowledgable and so very helpful from start to finish. I will definitely be back when it is time to make another purchase! In the meantime, I will tell everyone I know what an awesome buying experience I had there.

doesnt follow up, bought vehicle, when i picked it up, things were taken off vehicle and they played stupid and said parts werent on there. funny i took pics and have texts where accessories were on there
