My family purchased two vehicles from the Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock this year. With assistance from salesman, BJ Henry the process of selecting a vehicle was very easy. Mr. Henry made my family feel comfortable on both occasions and valued what we wanted in a car. Mr. Henry was very knowledgable, provided great customer service, and worked around our schedules to make sure we were in a car that we wanted. Mr. Henry's customer service was so great we drove two hours on two separate occasions just to purchase our vehicles from someone we trusted. Mr. Henry made sure we had a hassle free experience and we make sure we recommend family and friends to him.

BJ Henry at Mercedes Benz of Little Rock is a world class salesman. My 1st experience with BJ was when my 79 year old grandmother's 15 year old car stopped working. I made 1 call and BJ showed up at her door step, and we went to the car lot. He was very kind, caring,and informative. His pleasant attitude and 5 star service has made referring him as a personal salesman a first choice for anyone that I may know who's in need of a car!! Thanks BJ Henry for all that you've done for my friends and family. You're a household name!

Superior Experience

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes yesterday and the experience was unlike any other car purchase I've made before. BJ was our salesman and he could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. This is how car buying should be! We will be back again.

Amazing Experience

Let's face it, when buying a new car we are all looking for more than just something that runs, or has 4 tires, we're all looking for that certain "Experience" that a car and a dealership has to offer. We are 4 time Mercedes owners and have always found the right experience at Mercedes Little Rock, so we thought. We just purchased a new ML350 and our salesman was Jerrold and we have never had a better experience then we have had with him. Truly sincere, honest and caring and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Mercedes needs more like him!! If your looking to buy a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and ask for him, you won't regret it!
